N7 Draft Tea Coffee
3005 Silver Creek Rd STE 184, San Jose, CA 95121, United States
N7 is currently open for their soft opening. The place is fairly busy, but the quality of customer service did not decline one bit. Their specialty is nitro tea and milk tea. While I didnt care for the gimmick, I must concede the nitro house milk tea tasted amazing, although I cant attribute that to the fact that it was due to the nitro or just because the tea was just that good. We also tried the Strawberry Hussle and found it to be pretty refreshing as well. The layout has a rustic, almost speakeasy, feel to it, however their coffee tables are too short for the stools that are provided. I plan on coming back to tried the rest of the menu in due time.

THOSE WITH SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES: BE CAREFUL HEREI have witnessed two instances of staff not paying attention to a very real food allergy.I live nearby and really like this place most of the time. Sadly, twice now I've ordered items and asked for oat milk in place of regular milk. Both times I received regular milk. The first time I immediately caught the issue. They changed it for me (made a new one with oat milk instead of regular milk). I always say “with oat milk” automatically, and I explicitly recall looking for it on the menu before ordering. The second time, unfortunately, I did not catch the problem. My partner found that the item had milk—the way in which this was discovered involved a day of pain and suffering due to the allergy itself. Milk allergies are real, horrible, and exposure to lactose-containing products can induce serious, sometimes life-threatening problems.Thinking of both times this happened, I should have been more careful, especially considering the vibe of the employees. Both times, place had three people working in the middle of the day. The second time, there was only one other customer there, and the staff was not paying close attention to me when I ordered. Instead they were more interested in their own conversations with each other. While I have no complaints about that in and of itself, when it's at the expense of customer HEALTH, it's a problem for human life.Roy's Station Coffee & Tea staff, please pay more attention to what is being ordered and listen for modifications — add them to the ticket so other staff do not make a mistake. Do whatever it takes to make it so we don't suffer the horrific effects of significant food/milk allergies. Please, please, please.

Whats the easiest way to get to Paris? Air France..? Nope, this cafe!!It is the most gorgeous cafe I have ever seen hands down! (Get ready to get some DOPE IG photos). Also, before I forget they have the most friendly staff too! (Wilson, you are the BEST!)It is so magnificent, you enter and you feel like you are in a different world altogether. The high ceiling with hundreds of flower garlands and super duper lighting, this cafe is a dream come true! (Fact: It took this dream 6 months to come true!!).With ample seating outside and inside, you will find yourself getting cosy here in no time! (They have heaters outside which they turn on around 5)It doesnt end there! Their menu is as grand as their looks. Want Boba? They have it. Iced coffee? They got it. Craving some Tiramisu? You will get that here as well! From custard toasts to eggpuccinos, they got it all!!I tried a couple of their items on my last visit, heres my take on them:Chocolate Toast: 5/5 Toast with chocolate, it just can't better ?Custard Toast: 5/5 This one came as a surprise. I wasn't expecting it to be a 5 level good but it was amazing! The fruit toppings added so much to the taste of it! Yummm!!Creme Brûlée: 4/5 Good quantity but a bit too sweet for me. (Oops!)Chocolate croissant: 4/5Coffees: The coffee cups are so cute but it would have been so much better if they served them in reusable cups rather than disposable ones!Coffee Latte: 5/5 Loved it! The coffee was perfect blend of coffee milk, nothing too much and nothing too less! It somehow reminded me of coffee at my grandma's house, so good! Will definitely recommend trying this on your first visit!Eggpuccino: I was a bit dubious on if I should give it a try or not (I mean egg and coffee, not sure right?) BUT this drink surprisingly was better than the regular coffee! The drink came in two cups, one smaller with coffee and another bigger one with the egg froth. The ideal way is to sip coffee and then the foam, like I said it was delicious!!I'll definitely go again and many times more, you don't get such a good packaged cafe afterall ♥️
Boba Bar
310 S Third St, San Jose, CA 95112, United States
Ive been here twice with some friends. I definitely recommend getting the garlic fries. Most cafes and restaurants that serve garlic fries dont do garlic fries right, but the Boba Bar garlic fries doesnt just put garlic on top of regular fries, no the Boba Bars garlic fries is bursting with delicious garlicky goodness. You will have garlic breath after eating them, so maybe not a good idea to eat them on a first date. The popcorn chicken is nothing extraordinary, its like any other popcorn chicken, but the sauce. I believe it is called dynamite sauce. It pairs beautifully with the popcorn chicken and garlic fries. The sauce combined with the garlic fries is an explosion of flavor. I thought their taro milk tea was just standard, nothing amazing. It was just a pleasant taro milk tea. I also tried the honeydew green tea lemonade with lychee jelly. I think it is a nice drink, but its a tad too sweet. My friend ordered the lychee green tea lemonade with rainbow jelly and they also agreed that their drink tastes great, but the sweetness is a little too much. Fruit tea shouldnt be too sweet, or else it just tastes like juice. I thought their garlic noodles lacked flavor and were overpriced. If the meat wasnt an add-on and came with the noodles, maybe the noodles wouldnt be so bland? This isnt related to the quality of food and drink that the Boba Bar provides, however, I think the music is too loud because it is hard to hear what the cashier is saying thats really one thing I dont like about the Boba Bar. Overall, the Boba Bar is a nice place to go to with some friends.

This is a place for non-milk tea drinkers! They have some awesome fruit teas with fruit bits and flavorful bobas. ?The newest promo is the Melon Series, which consists of watermelon, honey dew and cantaloupe with real bits of the fruit in the drink. Its almost like an agua fresca, but icee form! I highly recommend trying all three flavors because I have. Theyre really refreshing for the weather weve been having lately. ?☀️A personal favorite for me and my step son is the Peach Me Sweetea. My step daughter loves Strawberry Ecsteasy with honey boba. I also like the Salted Cream Jasmine. The kids also love the Karate Chicken with level 2: Medium Kick, which is not to such and has enough kick. My step son really loves Shrimp On It with level 1: Mild But Wild, which has the perfect kick for us. Level 2 was too much for the shrimp for us. I think its prefer the basil sightly fried too! ?The other day, I ordered the Summer Series with Cantaloupe and it was delicious, until it melted a little on the way to work. I saw a tiny little black square of the unknown floating around. I managed to get it out to see what it was and I dont have a clue. Luckily, it was the only piece I found because I was watching every sip I took. Ill just have to let any slushy/icee drinks in the future melt a little before I ingest something I shouldnt. All in all, service is great, fast and friendly! The store is clean and neat!

I can never get over this California based tea place. The regular cream is good but they also have a delicious signature cream, as well as oat milk that works really well as a dairy substitute (both signature cream and oat milk are 70¢ extra).Their brews are always top notch and I highly recommend trying them with 0% sugar as the taste really comes through in a nice way.My favorites are the more floral, lighter teas like high mountain oolong and osthmanthus black tea. Their Caramel Cream is a take on the brown sugar boba that has become a fad in recent years and is delicious, for those who prefer their boba sweet.Speaking of boba, the topping selection (all 70¢ each) is also excellent, just be sure to strategize which toppings go with fruity teas vs milk teas.Their rewards program is also pretty good and the handy dandy app is fast and efficient for ordering before you go. Just be sure to anticipate the drink taking 10-15 minutes to make, sometimes the baristas forget to send out the confirmation and youll get the notification on your phone two hours later. All in all, a great place to stop by, with locations around Silicon Valley and south of the Bay too.>Spotlight custom drink I love: high mountain oolong tea with oat milk, 0% sugar, light ice, crystal boba - $6.65 (feel free to sub out the oat milk for regular cream but I personally think the oat milk goes rather well, and am willing to pay that extra 70 cents).

Its really cute and adorable. I love the aesthetic of the place. But unfortunately I didnt have the best experience here. As an avid boba drinker, I actually prefer to go with traditional teas, like an oolong tea or jasmine green tea, and thats it. To me, if the bobaristas at an establishment can consistently make those traditional drinks well, then the place is legit. So anyway, I stopped in here with my partner to satisfy our boba cravings. He ordered a winterberry tea, and I ordered the traditional oolong tea with 75% sweetness and 2 panda waffles. The cashier was a highschooler; he was nice enough. I think he was still being trained since this girl with blonde hair and glasses(who I believe was the manager) was helping him with the register. She was super friendly and happy which I appreciated. I was also delighted that the cashier gave us 3 stamps on our punch card. Our drinks were made quickly and came out after about 2 minutes. Our waffles took about 5 minutes, and were piping hot when they came out. Also, they were SUPER thick, which I was pleasantly surprised about. They were really delicious too, and had actual pandan in them.As for the drinks, I wasnt so impressed. I said 75% sweetness but you wouldve thought my drink was 0% sweetness from how bitter it tasted. I could already tell from a glance it would be very bitter since it was extremely dark colored. Luckily I had agave syrup at home so I added a bit and that sort of fixed it.My partners drink was just okay. It wasnt terrible, but he definitely ordered 100% sweetness and it was still a bit too tart.Overall I would come back for the snacks, but not the tea.

I ordered at the kiosk and chose the option for the receipt to be printed. I did not get any receipts handed to me right after but I recalled seeing the girl working behind the counter picking up a piece of paper and tossing it into the trash can. I was hoping that piece of paper was not my order. I waited and waited; came in and out of the store a couple of times to check on my order but she did not even wonder why I would be doing so. And I would see her making others drinks and skipped mine. I then checked my bank account and see that there was a charge from teaspoon so I proceeded to the counter and asked her if her system got the order. Not sure if she lied about not having the record of the order. She just said that she would be making my order asap; but the entire experience just felt as if i begged for a free drink and it is not on the store or herself. Watching a customer constantly walking in and out without questions or basic communication is just horrible. The customer service at other locations is so much better. The shift was today june 20th, 2023 and at around 10:30pm.
Tisane
2980 E Capitol Expy #50, San Jose, CA 95148, United States
UPDATE: Although I was quite disappointed by my visit to Tisane in April, I revisited Tisane on 05 May because I was craving Golden and Totaro. I usually order Totaro with 25% sweetness since it is a very sweet beverage overall, so I decided to try ordering Golden but with 50% sweetness, as Golden is also a sweet beverage, but my Golden beverage tasted very bitter like it had no brown sugar. Afterwards, I requested to add more sweetness to the Golden I was given, and it tasted somewhat better, but it still lacked the signature brown sugar taste. It was the first time I had a different experience with Golden. I did not expect the taste to change very much because whenever I request 25% sweetness for my Totaro, it still maintains the same flavor but with a more tolerable sweetness. On the other hand, the Golden that was prepared for me lacked its brown sugar sweetness completely. I recommend not changing the sweetness with Golden if you want to maintain the same flavor. When I visited Tisane 08 April, I did not have the best experience. I wanted to try a different beverage on this visit, so I asked if I could request for a different beverage in case I did not like my first order, and the cashier was reluctant to agree. She asked someone else about my question and then told me that an exception would be made that time but not to make that request in the future. I no longer feel comfortable venturing to try different beverages on the menu. I am not sure why there was no assurance of satisfaction during that visit. I have a changed impression of Tisanes customer service and have lowered my rating to four (4) stars. If you already know what you like, stick with it, or else you may have an unwelcoming experience like me when requesting for a different beverage. If not, I would still recommend Golden or Totaro. Perhaps the management has changed. Regardless, I hope that Tisane sees my updated review and reconsiders providing a satisfaction guarantee. I still rate Tisane four stars because I continue to enjoy the taste of my favorite beverages which are unique to Tisane, and the menu prices are fair relative to other tea shops, but the customer service needs improvement. In March 2022, Tisane increased its average beverage price to $5.75.As of February 2022, most beverages on the menu now cost $5.50. While that price is not the most expensive price for tea, it is worth acknowledging. Customer service continues to be outstanding. On one trip, I ordered a drink with 25% sweetness, but when I received it, it tasted too sweet. When I told Tisane about it, I was immediately prepared another drink with no hesitation, and I was even allowed to keep the the original drink. I have also updated my favorite beverages to be Golden and Totaro.Tisane offers a variety of tea at reasonable prices. As of October 2020, all of its beverages cost $4.95 (before tax) for about twenty ounces of tea (I do not know the exact volume of Tisanes cups), which is competitive value against most tea shops. Golden is a great choice for anyone who prefers the typical milk tea, but from what I have tried, my personal favorite teas are Blush; Totaro (taro milk tea); and Peach, Please. I also appreciate how some of the teas already come with add-ons, which means that there is no additional charge for the drinks that already have add-ons included. Extra add-ons (those not already included with a menu drink) cost $0.50 more each, whereas some competitors will charge more for any add-ons at all. With regards to customer service, I have never experienced any problems with Tisanes employees. Sometimes, the wait time for an order can take a little while, but overall, the wait time has never been excessive during my trips to Tisane. Tisane also offers a rewards program so that purchases made over time can accumulate towards future rewards, unlike many tea places.
Pho Hoa Jazen Tea (Tully Rd)

If I could give 0 stars I really would. Im not sure if the cashier on my receipt is the correct name but according to this her name was An Ngoc L. Super rude service, it was my 1st time there and I asked about sizes and she looks at me without answering and says anything else? As if I had ordered. When I asked about the sizes again she scratches her eye and points to the side with the most annoyed look at the size comparisons and I tell her while pointing which one I want. Then she scratches her eye again and says so which one? And I smile at her and repeat the same process. She does the same thing to my friends who order their food, also being here for the very 1st time and I cant understand it at this point how someone can be so rude, responding as if she shouldnt have to assist us and as if looking at us is painful. I paid for the rest of my friends food and drink and when she hands me back my card and receipt to put in a tip she finally smiles at me. Ive never been known to not tip my servers just because Ive never had this experience before. When I received my drink it was wrong. I did not have the heart to have it replaced out of fear they would treat me the same way. I am not coming back here anytime soon.
