You will very easily have a line of people waiting behind you by the time you are done. We cut down the sweetness level of the lemonade to 75% and it was amazing. Not the biggest cups but big enough. Comment: The flavors aren’t outstanding, and the boba loses freshness REALLY quick. The tapioca pearls grow hard after a while, and the crystal boba leaves a weird texture on my teeth… I’ve never had bubble tea that does that. It’s good if you’re not picky, but I recommend other places than this.

Comment: I used to love Teaspoon but they will be crossed out from my list after this most recent visit. I only order hot non-caffeinated drinks from them and they would come in the 20 oz cups just like their cold drinks. But I was presented with the 16 oz cup this time. When I asked if they were out of the bigger size I was told that they are reducing the cup size because other customers complained their brewed tea is too watered down so they recalibrated their Expresso machine and give us less. WHAT? If youve recalibrated the machine so it can brew the tea better, why would you still need to cut out the amount of water? It does not make sense at all! They are also charging the same price for the reduced size too. That is 4 0z or 20% less than what they originally offered!! This is such a bad way to run business - not addressing the real issue but deciding to scam customers for more money.

They are really spot on with the sweetness levels and their Boba has great texture.The only downsides to this place is that its really small, the parking lot is way too small for all the incoming traffic, and the menu is very limited.However, their drinks are delicious and have not had problems with their customer service. Im always down to try new MT places so when this one opened, I knew I had to jump in on the action. I was hooked. At the time only this MV place was opened so anytime I was in the area or anytime I was gonna pass through MV, Id always make a pit stop if I was in the mood for some milk tea.Then several other places in the NorCal area opened up and when this one in San Jose opened up, I started getting *really* hooked; which is bad because I live not too far away. I also work down the street and Ill have 7 leaves from time to time but nothing beats Teaspoons liquid gold. Ill get the assam or jasmine milk tea from 7 leaves but Teaspoons liquid gold is just different.Im glad they opened up this location in san jose and it remains one of my top go to places for tea.

The regular cream is good but they also have a delicious signature cream, as well as oat milk that works really well as a dairy substitute (both signature cream and oat milk are 70¢ extra).Their brews are always top notch and I highly recommend trying them with 0% sugar as the taste really comes through in a nice way.My favorites are the more floral, lighter teas like high mountain oolong and osthmanthus black tea. Their Caramel Cream is a take on the brown sugar boba that has become a fad in recent years and is delicious, for those who prefer their boba sweet.Speaking of boba, the topping selection (all 70¢ each) is also excellent, just be sure to strategize which toppings go with fruity teas vs milk teas.Their rewards program is also pretty good and the handy dandy app is fast and efficient for ordering before you go. Just be sure to anticipate the drink taking 10-15 minutes to make, sometimes the baristas forget to send out the confirmation and youll get the notification on your phone two hours later.All in all, a great place to stop by, with locations around Silicon Valley and south of the Bay too.>Spotlight custom drink I love: high mountain oolong tea with oat milk, 0% sugar, light ice, crystal boba - $6.65 (feel free to sub out the oat milk for regular cream but I personally think the oat milk goes rather well, and am willing to pay that extra 70 cents).

At this location though, the lady running the cash register systematically grabs the cups by holding them from the top, with 4 of her gloved fingers inside the cup, to place the labels on them. I wasnt comfortable with gloved hands handling cash, cash register, and then rubbing the inside of the cup, it doesnt seem sanitary to me. Then I noticed the other employee who was making drinks was doing the same. I would attribute that to lack of training from management at this specific location.

Only gripe is the location as its tucked away in a corner of a plaza, and by tucked I really mean it. You need to follow the map or really look for this place because I passed it driving into the plaza lol...no worries though. I know where it is now!

The new app works ok but we lost the ability to order double lychee jelly. Please look into adding the Califia Barista Almond milk as a dairy option. Our family can’t have dairy, soy or gluten so the dairy and oat milk don’t quite fit us and the Barista almond milk is so tasty - try it! But even with that feedback, still 5 stars!

Comment: We came over to teaspoon on moorpark August 22nd 6:55 pm to get quick drink and dessert, and had an unpleasant response from the manager after they overcharged us.My daughter ordered a “make your own” shaved ice with no toppings listed as 7$ on the menu. We also ordered 2 drinks and a free cup of water.When we had checked the receipt we saw that the “make your own” shaved ice listed as 7$ was charged as 8$ (the price of the house special shaved ice). We asked the employee about it and he brought out a short haired lady who introduced herself as the manager. I explained how if you’re going to list the price as 7$ you shouldn’t charge us 8$. She explained how she changed the menu inside the store, but since no customers were allowed for COVID social distancing purposes no one could see the menu inside, only the one displayed outside. We explained that and it was just principle even though we could afford the extra dollar.She simply said that if we could afford we shouldn’t be complaining at all. After telling her again it’s just principal and it’s not right to advertise a false price,she simply just gave us our dollar back but didn’t apologize.Her attitude was not one of a responsible and caring manager. We hope they will change the menu and treat their customers with more care and respect. We won’t be returning to this Teaspoon any time soon.

Comment: Me and two friends purchased three drinks, the tea was fine but the boba was clearly not sweetened and was extremely bitter and gross. We came back in and told them and they said they would remake them in 3-5 minutes. We waited at least ten minutes and the boba was obviously just dipped in syrup, as it was sweet on the outside but the inside was extremely gross again, and as we continued drinking the sweetness went away and it was the same as before. In addition, the tea we got the second time was very bitter and watery. We all ended up throwing them away. Teaspoon is usually really consistent with their tea and honey boba so it was really disappointing that they clearly didnt soak their boba and gave the same product to us a second time.

This one is a bit larger than the Los Altos location, but the drinks have the same quality. Also, Fivestar rewards share between this Teaspoon and the one in Los Altos! I got the Thai tea, and the pearls quality never ceases to amaze me. Perfectly chewy and lightly sweetened exterior. The Thai tea is great too; great flavor. The people who work here are really cheery and friendly too, its great. Great place to hang out with friends or get some work done (fast wifi). Its a bit pricey though!

Comment: Boba, boba, boba.Three things I love and cherish.Teaspoon is a chain of teashops that specialize in milk tea drinks with toppings such as honey boba or tapioca or bubble milk tea (they all mean the same thing). It should be noted that this Teaspoon and the Milpitas Teaspoon share the same FiveStars rewards account, so Im assuming its owned by the same person or group of people.Their milk tea drinks are excellent, and you can adjust the sweetness and ice level if you ask. Its about $4 to $5 for a drink, but the size of the cup is pretty fair. The boba when I come here is perfectly done, so thats a good sign. Worth the pitstop if youre looking to settle your boba crave.

Comment: We really enjoyed our Hangover 3 snow, and the milk tea was very good. Place is attractive and pleasant, but all of the tables were wobbly. Servers are friendly and helpful.Only problem with the milk teas and the snow is that the default is way too sweet. This isnt a problem for the custom milk teas, since you can specify the sweetness level (all the way down to 0%). But the house specialties and the snow are premixed, so youre stuck with the over-sweetness.In the future, Ill skip the Jasmine tea--it was too bitter.

Comment: The grasshopper appears to be their featured drink and it was very refreshing. It has green tea, cucumber juice, and lychee. It was very unique for a boba drink.

Comment: New tea shop offering quirky flavors. Their cucumber drink is refreshing and popular. Price is a bit high, but Not too bad.

Comment: They brew the tea on order. The items are customizable in sweetness and ice. Unfortunately, mine isnt as sweet as I thought it would be at 30%. Id recommend probably 50%. I had the earl gray milk tea. Boba pearls are soft and fresh.
