Comment: VERY little toppings, most of the toppings were rock hard and stale and the actual frozen yogurt was meh at best with very little flavours available and the flavours that were available wernt very good. Also no self service which was disappointing. If your looking for good fro yo go to yogafina . But the boba is good.

Comment: Weird fake sweetener taste, employee was rude, no ingredients available (wanted to see what it was sweetened with but what about those with life threatening food allergies?), toppings looked really old, I.e. the chocolate chips had that white powdery patina and other chocolate toppings were melting. Really surprised to see such poor presentation in this upscale neighborhood. Definitely wont be coming back.

Comment: Very kind staff, but bad bubble tea. I have tried mango milk tea and Thai tea. There is no tea flavor, and it tastes very artificial. The pearls are very hard, and the wait is very long.Came back today to try the frozen yogurt, because I had a bad experience with the bubble tea. It was great!!! I got vanilla, rose petal, and mango. All were very yummy. They also have so many popping boba flavors, and Chinese mango pudding, which other yogurt shops dont have.(really recommend the mango pudding topping!!!)

Comment: My partner and I came here yesterday around 5pm and ordered one drink: a small coconut milk tea with boba and grass jelly, hot. It took 15 minutes to receive our order, and 4 cold beverage orders were filled before us for people who ordered after we did. This place is evidently great for cold drinks, but this was our first time trying Tutti Frutti and we were told specifically which drinks could be made hot and ordered only from that list.

Comment: They have a good selection of yogurts, but the real highlight is the bubble tea, which you cant really find in this general area. Its good quality tea, too, and the flavors are nice.

Comment: Surprisingly good milk tea in an area that I would have never expected to have good milk tea. Maybe it was post-hike dehydration but I really enjoyed it. Likely made with real milk instead of creamers since there isnt a rich, smoothness to it. Instead the milk tea was strong in flavor, light, and refreshing.Only caveat is that it is pricier than typical places but think of the area you are in.
