Comment: Friend and I stopped by to cool off with a cold drink. We ordered an iced flavored tea and an iced matcha. They both tasted watered down, and each drink only had a couple of ice cubes.My flavored tea tasted like literally water. Asked my friend to try it and completely agreed.

Comment: Some workers are too rude to be doing customer service. I ordered a sandwich from the shop and immediately I can tell the cashier got annoyed. The entire time hes making it I see him giving me dirty looks from across the store. If that wasnt bad enough the ham in my sandwich was tangy and slimy, like it wasnt refrigerated. Wouldnt recommend this place when theres better tea and coffee up the stairs and across the street.

Comment: Most favorite tea place! Yay, they put one in Hollywood & Highland! I used to frequent the one in Manhattan Beach until it closed. I havent been able to find the perfect tea place. You guys rock because you know just how to brew your teas perfectly with a timer and not just dumping the tea bags in there like most places. Plus you have a variety of teas and herbal. My favorite is Rooibos and you even have a few different blends of that. 💜 You guys. Now you need one in Burbank! 😊

Comment: I’ve been to this place twice and their customer service could really use some work. My first time, I ordered coffee and a ham and cheese croissant which delicious! I came back two months later, ordered the same thing with no issues and for some reason was charged $3 more-but I didn’t complain. Then, once I get my croissant about 10 minutes later, I see that it’s ham, egg, and cheese. When I bring it up to the barista he tells me “we only have this, we don’t have ham and cheese”. I tell him that I ordered this two months ago and that no one told me before taking my money, and he basically tells me that they always change the menu. I was offered a refund, but hopefully they work on customer service; greeting people, letting them know “I’ll be with you in a second” instead of acting annoyed or like their customers are a burden…

Comment: The barista was not too friendly and it wasnt even super busy. She walked away when my purchase was being processed. After a good wait she handed me my teas and croissant as soon as we walked out she yells out that my payment didnt go through. Funny how no one else had that problem and she waits until were almost out the door to say that. I wouldnt go back tea was nothing special for the drive we took to get there.

I walked by this café and saw a line forming out the door. I figured it must be good. I joined the crazy line to see what the hype was all aboutTo start, the place is modern and a little retro in vibe. It is very happy and adorable. The place is not large and I see lots of people chilling, so you likely will not find a place to sit down, therefore, it is more like a To Go place
