Comment: I love T bar...but only the one in Chico not Sacramento. Sacramentos tbar is an embarrassment compared to Chico. Tonight they ran out of chili chicken so my husband and son got London Broil and meatballs respectively. The london broil looked like it was actually boiled. I got the only chili chicken bowl. It had hardly any greens in it. The avocado was like guacamole. Then instead of the usual sprouts there was basically a cup of large red cabage chunks. I gave only 1 star for everything because the food and at times the service is less than it should be...much less...especially when compared to the Chico TBar. Step it up Sac.

Comment: Ive always had their London broil bowl with brown rice, baby greens and with the miso sauce. I happened to be in Sac so per usual I got my regular order to go. My husband actually went in to place an order while I was in the car with the kids. My son had to use the restroom so I headed inside to switch with my husband. To my surprise there were no customers inside. After using the restroom, I went up to ask the worker behind the bar if my order under my husbands name was ready. She handed me the drink order only. So I asked if the food order was also ready and she looked confused. She went to the kitchen staff and asked about it. She never came back to check in with me and avoided me. So I just stood there awkwardly with my son. 10 minutes later and she came out with my order. I checked the bag and there were no utensils so I went ahead and grabbed some from.the front. In total it took them 20 minutes to complete my order. A bit long for no customers.So as my husband drove off, I dug right in. As I opened, the meat was not seasoned in that ginger savory flavor. It was cut in thin slices. Ive never seen it cut in this way. Usually thicker so its not dry and the pieces i got were super dry. The photo says it all. The avocado that was given to me also had a lemon flavor to it. Imo they squeezed lemon juice on top to prevent browning? Usually its freshly cut and into slices but I just got a mushed quarter scoop of avocado.Im not saying to not go but my experience was so bad this time I probably will avoid this Tbar location.

They have a large selection of teas - hot, cold, sparkling, slushies etc... Comment: I’ve been a client for more than 10 years, initially in Chico, and recently in Sacramento. I ordered a bowl with salmon, brown rice, and mixed greens. I also ordered a Pomegranate Lemonade.The salad and the lemonade were fresh. The salmon was dry, overcooked and rancid. The rice was also rancid. The taste was awful.I used to love T-bar but today was really disappointing.

Comment: Update: I’ve come back since the manager reached out and tried the cafe twice more. I’m happy to say my opinion has changed! Staff are nice and fast. My favorite is their blended drinks! Thanks for making it up for the bad experience.………..They sold me a drink with boba, then after the fact told me there’s no straws. If you don’t have the utensil for me to consume the boba, DONT sell me boba!! Highly disappointed with my experience and will not be coming back.

The outdoor seating area is very nice in the later part of the day when it is less busy. Excited to see what the Rocklin/Roseville location will be like!

Comment: The stuff was nice, kind and helpful so thank you for the good service. The food was yummy, got a loaded avo toast, it came on a tortilla. They had two options, tomato base or mediterranean we chose the second option. Had a good amount of flavor. The drinks are unique and done well, wasn’t a huge fan of the honey tea latte, didn’t taste much of tea felt like drinking a warm flavored honey milk, similar to London fog. I wouldn’t order that again. I love tea and it’s flavor. The frozen drinks were delicious we tried the peach and strawberry mojito. Drink fast or they separate and get a watery. In overall good experience and we will return and probably enjoy the patio next time.

Nice selection of dressings (came on the side so you have control over the amount used). Very tasty.They also have a large selection of interesting drinks. It was hard to choose one because so many looked delicious. I ended up with a tangerine/ginger sparkling drink. Excellent as well.I definitely want to explore more of their menu.It is next to the Sophia theater. Dinner on a night of a performance might make it hard to park (street parking).

I finally narrowed down a tea with all the fixins & placed my order. Tried it... immediately not a fan. Took another sip because I refuse to waste it or order another one.. but I just couldnt do it. This particular tea flavor was just not my jam. Sat there for 10 min working up the courage to go back up to the counter & order a different one. I finally did.. apologized & placed another order. Pulled out my credit card and the (same) cashier wouldnt ring me up. Said theyll remake something else on the house. I said ohhhh no way, this is NOT your fault that I didnt like it & Im using up more of your products to place another order. They still kindly refused & said they wanted to make it right so that I was happy! No one cares about customer service anymore these days & it was refreshing to experience it here. Ill absolutely go back, they take care of their customers! Thank you to the cashier that took my order this morning, right after you opened the doors!

Comment: I love the Tea Bar so Ill still give five stars, but the nitro tea is horribly disappointing. Nitro cold brew coffee is my favorite so I thought the nitro tea might be similar. Nope. I just paid $4 for iced tea.I would recommend any and everything else on the menu but if youre looking for something similar to the fullness and mouth feel of nitro cold brew coffee, the tea is not the thing to go for.I guess I should have taken the sample first so its on me 😞I also should have gotten a hint when the staff didnt know that it was nitro and I had to show them on the website.

They have lots of tea varieties that they then add juices, milks, add-ons, etc to make fun, interesting drinks. The hot tea includes tea timers so you can pour the tea when it reaches the strength level that YOU desire. The barista-made drinks also seem well-brewed and not too tannic or bitter.The food menu is smaller and slightly less exciting, but fresh and tasty. My daughter got a kids rice bowl and I got a wrap with salmon. They were both pretty tasty. Not mind-blowing or fabulously unexpected in any way, but we enjoyed them and had no complaints.I love a good tea place and this one is relatively local and small (They have four locations in Northern California), so thats a big bonus for me.

Comment: After having visited the Fusion Cafe in Chico and loving the frozen boba drinks, we were excited when we found out that there was a location here in Sac! Unfortunately both of the times we tried to get boba, the pearls were sold out for the day. The employee noted that they had run out of boba at 3pm, and despite the store being open for another 5 hours until 8pm, they do not make more. Personally, bubble tea is not cheap and if there arent pearls then what is the point...

The palmer tea was authentic with a slice of peach and limons in it and the wrap with mango seared pork was amazing. I choose salmon, spinach, quinoa, and teriyaki and I absolutely loved it! To drink, I chose a refreshing peach tea that was infused with fresh peach and lemon slices. The flavors were forward without a heavy sweetness.You will order at the counter, then sat yourself ... I sat on the patio (where dogs are welcome). They bring the food to your table, complete with real dishes, glassware, and silverware, and then clean up after.The great food and friendly service, at a great price, is a big win ... Ill be back!

Comment: TBar is one of my favorite places to get food or a tea from, full stop. I moved from Chico to Sacramento before the Sac TBar opened. I was estatic when I heard they were opening in Sac.Tea options are plentiful, and they are happy to modify them (protip: get the hot tea creations iced). They food is delicious and healthy (in this case they are not mutually exclusive). It is always clean, they staff is absolutely wonderful and seem to love their jobs. I knew people in Chico that worked at the two Chico locations, and all loved working there. They really are a great staff. Super friendly, efficient, remember your name (when is the last place you went where the staff remembered your name?), and all around helpful.TBar only had 3 locations so they are a small business. But they also do it right. The Tbars in Chico would also help me fundraise at my last job, so they also give back to the community they operate in.The bathrooms here are also always clean. They also get bonus points as they are all fully enclosed stalls with a shared wash basin, so the bathrooms are trans, pee shy, or family friendly.If youve never tried TBar, go see why I eat there at least once a week. At least get a tea. Youll thank me later.

Comment: We have eaten here after plays at the Sophia next door, and it was wonderful! The teas are delicious, and the wraps and bowls are made with yummy fresh ingredients, and served with a choice of sauces. We found the bowls and wraps quite filling for a light, quick meal. The staff is great, and the venue clean and pleasant. A definite winner!

Comment: Amazing food!!! A friend surprised us with some bowls from here while we were at Sutter. The flavor is wonderful and for a great price for what they offer. We ended up going there a few times after that since we were at Sutter for over a week. Highly recommend going to Tea Bar & Fusion Café! Wish there was a location closer to us in Placerville. A place like this in Folsom would do really well
