An Asian guy took my order...doesnt seem to speak or understand english well but my oblong red bean, & Herb jelly milk tea with extra sugar light on ice still tasted delicious. 😋I ♥️ this tea place. She made my thai tea super quick. Prefect amount of sweetness.

Comment: Update from 6/5/23I came back again (4th visit) and this time, decided to branch out and give more things a try. I’m glad i did.I ordered another milk tea, only this time around, got an Oolong classic, less ice, 50% sweet, with lychee jelly. And man, it was amazing. Such wonderful fruitiness to the jelly in a good quality oolong. Definitely getting this again!Great service as always. Very welcoming vibe. This is hands down, at least 5 stars.————————————————It’s my third time here, and I have to say it’s been consistently good.So far, I’ve only tried the Taro Milk Tea with brown sugar boba.I like that you can fine tune the amount of sugar you want. First time, got it at 50% sugar, then the last two times, at 30%.They seem to be really well organized. Each time I’ve ordered, it’s been ready well before the expected time (not that I personally mind waiting!). The store is always clean, and it’s very clearly marked where to go for walk-in and pick-up.The people there have consistently been very pleasant. As someone who can be shy the first couple of times I try a new place, I felt very comfortable.And the milk tea itself, I have to say so far it’s my favorite here in Sacramento! I can tell they use quality ingredients and seem to put care in making their milk teas. Next time, I plan to branch out and try some other flavors. But the taro is really good.Definitely recommend !

Comment: Easily one of the top boba shops in Sacramento. Their teas are very solid as drink foundations and their cheese foam is great too! If you like places like Bomb in Roseville or Mr. Sun in Natomas their cheese cream definitely measures up and has the perfect balance of creaminess and saltiness. Their mango smoothie with toppings was on point as well. Please note that they dont accept bills larger than $20.

Comment: Hokkaido milk tea is so delicious for anyone that likes black teas. the passion fruit green tea is also really good with aloe. wouldve got half the sugar in the red grapefruits tea but still very tasty.

Comment: Somehow North Natomas has half a dozen boba spots within a 2-3 mile radius but Tea 18 holds the top spot above them all to me. Super friendly and hard-working staff. Great selection of drinks and toppings. Easily accessible location (although the parking in that whole plaza is tight, but not Tea 18s fault), but after trying every boba place in town and beyond (South Sac, Elk Grove, Roseville, etc) Tea 18 has the best tasting tea and the most consistent boba. That might not seem like a big deal but Ive found that a lot of other places make their tea different depending on who makes it and often run out of boba way before closing or have inconsistent texture, again depending on who makes it. My order is the Large Oolong Milk Tea, light ice, no sugar with boba. Some of the staff already know that the moment I walk in. =)PRO TIP | Ask for your drink in this order to avoid confusion and ensure that they make your drink right. [Size, Name of Drink, Ice Level, Sweetness Level, Topping(s)]My kids love the Oreo Ice Blended with boba and every now and then well get the Thai Tea with boba. As I said, lots of other drink and topping options but these are our tried and true combos. REALLY wish they had food like popcorn chicken, fries, tofu, etc. but not gonna knock them because what they do have, they do it very well.

Comment: I went in yesterday and tried to order a taro ice blended. Before every time I came in I will order the same thing and get it for less sugar. However, yesterday when I asked, everyone working said they don’t do less sugar at all. I came in at least 10 times and that had never happened before. Drove 30 minutes to this store and end up with nothing. Really disappointed with this store and don’t recommend at all.

Comment: Most of the drinks we’ve tried here are great but the Thai Tea is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. You can’t adjust sweetness. It literally tastes like straight sugar, I couldn’t drink it. I wish they warned you how sweet it is. Or change the recipe so you can adjust sweetness. Nasty.
