Comment: Came in around lunch time right before a crowd came in. Place was clean but surprisingly cold. I’m sure it’s great in the summerOrdered 4 drinks for my kids and they loved that they could use the kiosk to order. Drinks were out fast and they all loved the drinks. My 15 year old even said “this may be some of the best taro I’ve had” which is huge because we’ve tried many other spots.Popcorn chicken (thought it was plain but surprised it was basil) took about 15 mins but it was hot and crispy. Took it to go for the husband and I and our girls wanted to try it. They ended up lovin it. We’ll definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

Comment: This place never has anything fresh. Their milk is always expired, you can taste it in the drinks. Same with the tea. Something is always off. Everytime my family & I get something from here we always end up getting so sick. You can tell how messy there area is where they make their drinks. I don’t think this place deserves to be open. Comment: LOVE T4! Weve been customers of T4 since they opened the location on Auburn Blvd. Their drinks are always perfect, and customizable. No additional cup gimmicks or annoying extras that cost more and make less tasty drink. Perfect. Every. Time! Weve been to T4 hundreds of times and since moving further away, we even make it a possible reward drink-treat our son can earn! Note to sensitivities/ND: It can be a little loud, and a lot of over decoration on the walls can be overstimulating to some.

Comment: I dont write bad reviews, but this one I got to say, first, you charged for no ice. Why? Im not getting the ice, so I shouldnt be charged for it. Second, you charged extra for up sized? Are you serious? Whos doing the pricing because you are asking for troubles with customers. You want to charge extra get rid off, ice fee, and up size fee.Total it up. If youre reading this as a customer, if youre being charged for ice, ask for an extra cup and ice in it. Comment: Man its been a while since weve stopped by but has this place gone downhill? Weve always loved their fried calamari and popcorn chicken but today, we didnt even finish it. When I opened the calamari I was appalled. Ive never seen it look like this. It looks like half an order. The flavor was also off. The chicken was just a normal amount. I remember the box not being able to close before. There was no Basil in there. Why are they sprinkling that on top of the fried stuff when thats not how its supposed to be made or advertised? What a waste of time and money. Even with the amount of calamari being so little we didnt even finish it. The chicken texture was soft and the breading got soggy quick. Wondering what happened to this place. I loved their food so much, now I dont really have a reason to come here anymore. Save your money, definitely never buy the calamari if this is what you get.

Comment: Its fine, but when you order from the kiosk, they add a tip that you arent allowed to deny. Getting a drink to go means they arent doing any service that warrants a tip. We also had a drink that had 4x the amount of boba (over $2 worth of extra) and werent given that. They just put the normal amount. So forced to tip and we didnt get the extra that we paid for. The other T4s weve been to havent been this way so this location was disappointing.

Comment: I’ve been to T4 three times. Their teas are well made and delicious - earl grey milk tea and roasted oolong milk tea. Quick service most of the time.First two times, the basil popcorn chicken orders have been cooked well. Today, I just got a basil popcorn chicken. It was undercooked, raw, and could’ve made us sick so I placed them in my oven to finish cooking.Would continue going there for tea, as that’s their speciality, and maybe not for food.

Pretty standard no changes in ice or sweetness level. And to say I was disappointed is an understatement. It was so watered down I felt like I was just drinking milk. And the boba pearls were so overcooked, they were mushy. Not good.. it was a waste of money.The place was really cute tho and photo worthy. And they had a huge selection of other snacks to go with your teas. However we didnt get the chance to try them.

Comment: The taro pearl milk tea tasted like the milk that is left after you eat all your lucky charms. It was incredibly sweet and milky. The okinawa milk tea was very strong tea flavor wise. It was ok. I just wasnt wow. The tops of the boba were so badly designed I wore a great deal of the tea. Definitely in need of a make over for that plastic lid.

Comment: T4 in Sacramento, CA is a great spot for a quick and delicious snack. I recently visited and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of food they offer. The Taro milk tea with boba was good. I also ordered a refreshing tea, made with real fruit and bursting with popping boba. Their Basil Popcorn Chicken is also a must-try; make sure to get the honey sauce as it really brings out the flavor! The only downside I noticed was that the lobby could use some tidying up as the tables were quite dirty and there were no napkins available. Other than that, its definitely worth checking out if youre ever in the area. The food and drinks are delicious, and the star of the show is definitely their Honey Chicken! Highly recommended!

It was delicious! They have a little kiosk you can order at or you can order at the counter. Only complaint would be they needed a little clean up. Tables needed to be wiped down and there were no napkins in the dispensers. I think we got there right after a rush. Great stop for a snack and refreshing drinks

First, the french fries were not crunchy at all. And then, the taroyakies were very fishy. Also, the pot stickers were awful. Only the egg puffs were good. The drinks were the same. Although it was in happyhour, we didnt get any discount.Here is the big problem. We sat on the table which was close to the counter. The table corners were broken. One corner was taped, the other one where I sat was very sharp. When I got up to pick up my order, I got scratched on my leg. It hurt a lot, but it wasnt convenient to check it in there. However, I should have checked it out when we were there. Its a bad scratch.

They won’t substitute milk for soy milk even though they have soy milk and every other t4 location i have been to substitutes it. they charged me for extra for soy milk but they refused to give me soy milk because they said they use a non dairy creamer but i had stomach issues the last timeI tried trusting their non dairy creamer. non dairy doesn’t always mean no lactose. Awful customer service.

Comment: The wait time was 17 minutes. That is ridiculous! The boba was not even that good. I asked for taro black boba and I got some kind of white jelly. They rudely asked me if I had a mask when I went to get my drink from my sister. They had so many options and variety. The boba is way too overpriced. It was $6!! That is way too much for a large drink with mango and basil seeds. I also like the earl grey, mango, rose tea. This is the worst boba shop ever.

Comment: Overall, the milk tea was pretty good, but employee service was terrible. we had to wait a few minutes for the front cashier to take our order when we were clearly ready. on top of that, they were very consistent in asking us to put our masks over our nose, even tho they were over our mouth; my pregnant sister was even told to put it over her nose, as WELL as her four-year-old son. one employee after another telling us what to do, or their despicable no mask, no service policy would take place. they wouldnt even acknowledge our exemption card. very disappointing.

The popcorn chicken (despite being made fresh) was rubbery and soft, if I didnt know any better I would compare the texture to that of raw chicken. Im sure it has something to do with it being dark meat, but it was also slimy inside? Not really sure how else to describe it, perhaps due to the texture of the meat and grease from the oil. All in all not pleasant. The egg rolls were not vegetarian and the sweet and sour sauce had chili and garlic (Im allergic to garlic) so that was a waste also. If you are looking for a quick local boba, this is fine. If you are hungry do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.11/22- Update, this place just lost the few stars it previously had because I drove all the way from roseville and they decided to be closed 20mins early and turned away myself and two other groups of people. Ill take my business to The Bomb in roseville then!

My daughter dropped her tea right outside the door and I went in to buy her a new one. I feel like they should have offered me an extra stamp on the buy-however-many-get-one-free cards for the trouble or at least expressed condolences over the lost tea. Lol!But instead they seemed annoyed and actually shorted me a stamp! I paid for 3 teas but only got 2 stamps and one of them we didnt even get to try.Its really disappointing to drop your food/drink and not even get to try it. Ive been places where they replaced it on the house. I dont expect places to do that because its totally not their fault but to treat a paying customer like its also not your problem makes me kinda wanna not make it their problem by not coming back. It really seems like they dont care about my business or the fact that I immediately walked back in and purchased at full price a whole new tea.

And being able to not have lots of sugar in it., but the other day I was trying to call to place an order.. waited on hold for about 5 minutes got hung up on. Called a few more times they didn’t answer, just hung up the phone. Then I called again waited About 4 to 5 minutes. On hold. I finally gave up. They told me they were getting lots of calls. But don’t hang up on them. I do understand it’s a little crazy now with the Covid 19 stuff. Otherwise I would give more stars. There a quite a few more boba places piping up. Maybe I should check some of those places too. I might not get hung up on. I’ll try them I a month or so again.

Comment: I went to study with my friends and I ended up getting the passion fruit smoothie and some fries. I love smoothies when they are made with real fruit. These were clearly not made with fruit. They are made with syrup and ice which is a little sad considering the price but the taste was good so its not so bad. The fries were really good and hot. If I could change a few things about this place it would be that the place was super cold and I couldnt stop shivering and they had some really loud rock music playing when most people that I saw there were playing board games and my group was studying so maybe not the best choice of music for the environment.

I absolutely love love love the drinks. My personal favorite is Mango Royal Tea with Salted Cheese Cream. The customer service is excellent. The restroom is very clean. The food is very tasty, the drinks are perfect and always quick to grab. They often have music playing. They even offer outlets for you to charge your phones, tablets and computers.
