Comment: The guy who took my order when I arrived took a long time to stand up from the back and when he finally did stand up he was rude and had an attitude. He wore no gloves what so ever even after | handed him my money he prepared my order without washing his hands. I ordered what I usually ordered and about thirty minutes after my stomach was hurting and I threw up not long after that. Please speak with him or have him fired for being unsanitary and rude. Will not be going back.Thank you.

Comment: I got the wing plate and I love that you can sub rice and noodles for pot stickers 🙂. Also got the fried calamari. It was everything. Definitely going back. For my drink I got the peach honey smoothie with basil seeds, mango poppers and fruit jelly. I wouldn’t change anything. It was amazing.

Comment: The man who took our order, handles my money, prepared our tea, hand inserted lemon slices. I knew better. When I rook a sip immediately had a soar throat. A few hours later my left side of my throat was harsh and irritated. I wont be coming back .

Comment: Employees are not very friendly and can come off as rude. This is our regular to go to and today my bucket is full. Their drinks are good and I personally think they got it down when it comes to that. I hope they can improve their costumer service. Next time I hope they greet us and say thank you because there would be no business if regulars and costumers like us don’t invest our money here.

Comment: Came to T4 to get a Thai bubble milk tea. The way you can customize your sweetness and ice levels sets this shop apart from all the others! Also got an order of the cheese wontons and the fried basil chicken.

Comment: Absolutely the worst location! Garbage! Lazy employees, and slow. The guy sat in the back without coming out front to help me out. I know he saw me cause i saw him look up as i walked in. The location in Davis is so much better than this location. They dont even have milk substitutes like other locations. The guy also had an attitude. I would recommend going elsewhere!

Comment: I used to work close by and come almost everyday. In these recent months the place has looked worst. When I went, the floors and most of the tables were extremely dirty. There were only four people including myself there and two of the people already had their orders. The girl who worked with the cash register made my drink without washing her hands or wearing gloves. My drink also included ice cream so she just dipped her unclean hand into the ice cream… Breh Covid and monkey pox is easily spread in places like this when workers aren’t doing their job by keeping the place clean and sanitizing/washing her hands.

Comment: They gave me double fried calamari rings!!! You know what order this is, if you want to make things right with me, my order pickup was P001 on June 16 (to be picked up at 5:00pm).Everything on my calamari plate was double fried (double cooked) dark brown. Also my two drinks were frozen.

Comment: I’m sure it’s only seasonal for the summer but…DO NOT SLEEP ON THE FRESH WATERMELON SLUSHIE. It’s perfectly refreshing, lightly sweet, and the small watermelon chunks are a very nice touch. I needed a second one immediately after finishing my first one.

Comment: Its a decent little bubble tea shop with the regular flavors you would expect. The prices seemed a bit cheaper than most shops, but its because their cup sizes are slightly smaller than the typical bubble tea cup. The tea itself was flavorful and I enjoyed the premade flavor options they had with multiple toppings.

Comment: The drinks here are so good! I didnt try the food, but I have heard good things about it. The only thing I wish was better was how long it takes to get a drink. They do take a while. I am not sure if they are short staffed, but it took me about 15 minutes to get what I needed. The girls there were working pretty hard and not once did I see either of them stop. I think they just need more help.

Comment: Love the teas and fried tofu. Just need to remember that its not a fast food business and to allow for wait time same as any sit down business. I am marking as 4 stars instead of 5 because I really want to be able to try a coconut cream tea and to date, since they opened, theyve not had any available.My current favorite tea is Royal Rose with melon bubbles. I also like the other add-ons including the red beans.

Comment: Great T4 location! Every time I am here, staff is friendly and service is quick. Our food and drinks are always delicious. It has very nice and modern feel inside. They have a bathroom in the back and they offer free WiFi. There is also some boardgames to play. Overall, I highly recommend coming here to get your boba fix!

I get my toddler the vegetable chow main. He enjoys he’s noodles while I get my own treat. So fare the passion fruit smoothie with fig jelly is my favorite. I’m sure I will enjoy them all. Comment: Absolutely phenomenal place to have some time off, and chill with your friend, relative, or significant other. They not only serve tea, but have many other options like snacks, smoothies, and junk food if you cant live without it. Price is high on most of the items listed on the menu, but at the end of the day, your belly aint leaving empty because you get so much for the price..annnd its tasty too. A tip: dont go here on an empty stomach because youll end up buying way more than you could eat. At least have something before you leave or make a conscious choice when you look at the menu, and dont listen to your urges. Further, its clean but the bathroom smells bad as soon as you open that door, but not after it. Its near that area that the stench lingers. You have game table too here; you can either play chess or Jenga or any other game youd like, and yes, you dont have to bring anything. Customer service is fair; welcoming in with the desire to know their orders or answer any inquiries, but forgot the cups of water we had had ordered and had to tell them at least multiple times that we did so and hadnt received so far. I know busyness can take its toll or we have the tendency to forget as humans. Other than that, fantastic place to ingest favorite foods and drinks. Enjoy your time here! 😀
