Comment: DRINKABLE MOCHI is the BEST!!!! Its my first time trying it. Its like pudding but thicker and creamier. I had it with 50% sweetness Okinawa milk tea. That was a perfect combination. Cant wait to go back there again.And cannot forget to mention, the staff was very nice. She was willing to answer my silly questions. I shouldve asked her name. She deserves a raise. (We were there around noon 6/19)

Comment: The tea I ordered was very good, and there are some unique options, though I found the place itself to have a quirky aesthetic that just didnt quite work for me. Minimal seating. Service was quick but impersonal. I would recommend this place nevertheless, and I would return if I was in the area.

Comment: I think I went on an off day. Unfriendly staff. My strawberry lime green tea was completely watered down. I asked for 80% sweet and basically I paid for water. The strawberry overload was good according to my daughter. So my drink is probably not reflective of their product.

Comment: The tea is amazing but the place is FILTHY. I stopped coming here because there’s no where clean to wait. They don’t wipe the seats, they can’t bother to wipe the big white bench they have where people kick it and rest their feet. The theme of this place is white, and white decor. Except it’s disgusting. You can see finger prints in every surface, the magazines left out r ripped up by kids, and the small random white plastic decor they have smells like garbage. The dynamic of this tea shop needs some serious attention because I’ve tried to bring my friends here and my family and each time we leave my people r uncomfortable because it stank inside and there was nowhere clean to wait so everyone is skeptical how clean the food is and how clean the staffs hands are. Just please CLEAN.

Comment: T% Coffee + Tea is one of the newer aesthetic tea shops in the Sacramento area. Located in the Safeway complex on 19th St., one can conveniently stop by and grab a drink after finishing some grocery shopping as a well-earned treat (or go before and sip as you shop that works too).Walking into T% the first thing that will catch your eye is their all-white interior and aesthetic, which undoubtedly will appeal to anyones inner minimalist. All ordering at T% is done at the kiosk and they have two in the store. During busy hours it can be a little crowded and you may have to wait a bit to place (and receive) your order, but the wait is definitely worth it! Ill also note that there isnt a ton of interior seating at T%, but if you come at an off-hour then there should be room for you a couple friends to sit down and have a chat.I ordered their lychee flamingo with panda boba (a mix of regular boba and agar boba). There wasnt much description of what exactly the lychee flamingo drink was (which I will note is pretty true for their more uniquely named drinks); however, as a fan of lychee anything I went ahead and gave the drink a try. I discovered that the lychee flamingo is essentially lychee slushy with lychee pieces mixed in. The panda boba was a nice touch, and to be honest Im not usually a fan of boba but theirs was such high quality that I thoroughly enjoyed the bite it added.Although, I didnt order this myself, Ill also highlight that T% offers a pretty unique boba topping - drinkable mochi. My friends have tried it and swear that everyone has to try it at least once (and I should probably take my own advice and try it the next time I stop by).If youre into aesthetic tea shops with high-quality drinks, then T% Coffee + Tea is the place for you!

Comment: Drinks are mundane but this place is clutch for a late night boba and milk tea. They also serve smoothies and coffee beverages. I got the Taro Latte with the cream cheese add on and it tasted very powdery and the cheese lacked flavor. The mango smoothie also felt watered down. Boba was on the harder side and chewy. 2 stars for drinks but adding a star because the shop is well priced. Kiosk ordering is also available here. Restrooms are not open to the public here.

Comment: I came to this place specifically because they have an almond milk option and I have a dairy and soy intolerance. I started my order on the self service machine and I noticed the milk teas (which are my favorite) did not let me choose almond milk. So I asked the cashier and they said milk teas are not customizable. Which I find strange since the boba place by my house has an almond milk option for milk tea. So I looked for a different drink that allowed me to use almond milk. I saw there was a new crème brûlée option so I chose that despite the fact that it wouldn’t let me choose a less sweet option (I normally always go for 25% because I don’t like my tea/coffee sweet). Once I got my drink I definitely noticed how sweet it was! But that was ok since I expected that due to the inability to choose a less sweet version. But what I noticed a couple sips in was that the topping was clearly milk based! The whole reason why I wanted almond milk was because dairy tears up my stomach. And if I had to guess, I think they made the drink with milk as well because I felt awful the rest of the day. I only drank about 1/3 of my medium sized drink because I knew it was milk based and I didn’t feel like being in writhing pain. Needless to say, if you are looking for an almond milk based tea, this is not your place!

Sometimes they add it now and sometimes they dont. There is no way to add special instructions to the order so I cant say NO cream. Instead you roll the dice and hope it comes the way it used to. Out of the last 3 orders, 2 came with cream and 1 did not. Those times it shows up with cream I throw it in the trash and Im out $6+

Ive had this place bookmarked for quite some time and finally got a chance to come try it.I decided to get the matchacha. Overall the drink tasted good but the matcha flavor wasnt too heavy. I also got it half sweet which is my usual sweetness level. We also got the Kyoho Grape drink. I wasnt a huge fan as Im not a grape flavor person, but it wasnt bad tasting.This place is insanely cute with its aesthetic and the employees are super friendly. Parking is a toss up because theyre located in a lot with a bunch of stores, so street parking might be better.

Comment: This was my first time visiting this location as we normally find ourselves at their Elk Grove-Florin Rd location. No shade to that location but I think this is now my go to for T%. Its located within the Safeway shopping center, so it was a bit busy but I love the location. The interior and well-lit with lots of windows. The screens here are digital unlike their other location. Staff was also extremely attentive and helpful, very similar to their other location. Ive never had any issues and this places reinforces their customer service.They had a new flavor I havent seen, Hey Sesame which is my hands down favorite. I also picked up two drinks for my wife and daughter and they were both happy with their choices.

Comment: Really great tea shop! Their boba is always fresh and the tea is fantastic! The only reason I took off one star is because some of their drinks are just...not very good. If you stick with the classic drinks like matcha or Thai teas, they are really good. The dragon fruit drink needs a little lime to cut down the super sweet. The Grass Hopper drink was awful, and I ended up throwing most of it away (super bummer because of how expensive it was).The other reason why I took a star off is because their floors were dirty. There was so much black dirt tracked in and footprints everywhere.

Comment: Not sure how this place have super high rating. Exciting to tired it out, however, was really disappointed. Saw the recommended grape drink, but the person told me they ran out of clear boba that comes with this drink, so they asked if I want to sub for another topping. I said honey boba but they charge me when it’s originally comes with boba? This drink come out almost $8, for a cup of grape juice? Not coming back again.

Comment: Super great sesame smoothie w/ boba!! Also the thai milk tea is awesome!!They got super friendly staffs too, i rode the bike there and they safely secured the cup holder and the cap!Also if you’re the type of person who always do sugar free like me, their drinks are not too sweet even when you do 30% ( which is the least amount of sweetness they can do for the sesame smoothie)

Comment: Not bad. I got the black milk boba. Really nice staff. Warm inside - I’m assuming their AC isn’t working properly since they just opened. Boba was a bit mushier than I prefer. Good overall. I’ll be back to give it another try.
