Comment: This morning, my husband and I were looking forward to our weekend morning ritual of enjoying a tall coffee together. Due to my husbands minimal allowed daily fluid intake, this small indulgence is always a highlight for him. We ordered a 12oz tall coffee and brought our refillable hot cup. However, as we left the area, my husband removed the lid; we were surprised to find not quite 8oz of coffee inside instead of the 12oz we had paid for. While this might seem like a minor issue to some, it disappointed us. We understand that mistakes happen, but for us, it felt like the beginning of the end of what had become a cherished weekend morning routine, given we live 20-plus miles from this Starbucks. Sure, we could have driven back and had them fill it to 12oz, but instead, we decided to find a new destination brew spot for next weekends drive.

Comment: I come to this Starbucks every Monday and the people are great, kind and courtesy but I have a complaint regarding the women’s restroom. It stays dirty and out of order, sometimes there’s no tissue, paper towels are on the floor, no soap ant times and just uncomfortable to use. I hope this changes other than that it’s a nice atmosphere.

Comment: They say it opens at 5am, dont believe that. Several times at this location Ive got stuck behind a car in the drive-thru around 5:30 waiting for them to open still. Recently it was 5 cars waiting as the time tic past 5:25 still waiting, I had to get out my car to ask the driver to pull around to let me out. A couple of times drive up around 5:15am, no one there. Besides this factor a nice, clean, up to par Starbucks; but just dont trust the open time!

I needed a restroom, I was just at the Sonic across the parking lot, eating, but they were closed to patrons inside, and so was their restroom.Thankfully Starbucks saved the day, open restroom, no purchase policy.Actually this was one of the nicest Starbucks Ive been to. Multiple types of seating, very spacious, and staff was very nice. I still bought a drink out of respect even though I didnt need one.I was surprised they werent more busy, they had their drive-thru closed at the time, maybe the remote location, but beautiful place to hangout, really!

You may be the only person inside but youll still wait 10 minutes for your basic iced coffee. They seemingly prioritize drive-thru and app orders? The customer service and professionalism is sub-par compared to other Starbucks in the vicinity. The frequently fail to provide you straws, stirrers, sugars, etc. and almost never announce when your order is ready. Foodstuffs like breakfast sandwiches lay on the counter without an order label. Whose sandwich is that? How long has it been there? Hmm.

Unfortunately, I am not a ☕ drinker (I prefer tea) and their tea menu is less than impressive. They offer only one tea without caffeine and the other four choices are not much to choose from. She rolled her eyes and was saying something about me to her co worker and then asked her co worker to go and fix my drink because she didnt want to do it herself. Comment: Ordered a simple iced brew with a splash of hwc. Its my go-to keto drink. Got an ice sweetened brew. When i asked for a corrected version, barista was not gracious and made me wait 6 drinks before she re-crafted my complicated drink probably as punishment for daring to trouble her in the first place. I regretted upsetting the xbucks ecosystem. The barista taking my order wasnt a happy camper either; her demeanor told a sad story of a weathered life and she innocuously wore insecurities and bitterness on her sleeve. Perhaps she wasnt expecting to stand there placing my customized drink order because she secretly knew i could have just made the dang mobile order.
