Comment: DO NOT COME HERE SKETCHY LOCATION. Our car was broken into in broad daylight in the 15 minutes we were inside, we just had a couple of basic (non-laptop) backpacks in the back seat. Nothing blatantly valuable. Security guard in the parking lot says hes not able/allowed to actually prevent thefts, that the thieves doing this are armed and target women, and that it happens all the time. He did get the plates of the thieves car but apparently those are stolen plates so if you do come here and get robbed you can pretty much kiss your stuff goodbye. Police do laps of the area so at least we did not have to wait long to get a police report. Thieves drive by again while we were talking to the officer.There is also no furniture inside and the bathrooms are barricaded off. The employees and coffee were good but seems like Starbucks should just close this location.

Comment: TLDR: Bad service, would not come back to this store.I understand that around 8:30AM/9AM is when a lot of people go to work and it’s busier than usual. I don’t mind waiting, but the service here (at least one of the barista) is unacceptable. It was already 10 minutes past the estimated time, and I was in an hurry, and I see my drink half-finished at the counter. I walk up to make sure it was my name on the cup, and the barista ask if I needed something. I then tell her that I’m just waiting for my drink as I pointed at the half finished latte. This barista then blatantly rolls her eyes at me and grunts as she turn around to make the cold foam that goes on top of my latte. I was shocked at how “straightforward” she is with her feelings. As she was making the cold foam, her coworker was telling her something and she rolls her eyes at him too. Like yo get your eyes checked out if it has issues. I didn’t pay 7 dollars and waited 20 minutes for a coffee to receive shi**y service. I know it’s busy in the morning and if this barista can’t handle the stress, you might as well change to a PM shift or have your supervisor hire more people. DON’T TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS.

And Ive never had an issue with my drink order. The baristas are all very good at their jobs.The four stars is for the outside. Goodness, this place is the pits! The front is ALWAYS dirty. It was not even that busy compared to other starbucks stores i’ve been, probably like only 7 people waiting for the orders and 2 in line and everything was just poorly managed. I was a barista once so I was trying to really be patient and understand the employees but I gotta write this down. First off they were all over the place, no one even greets and asks nicely about our orders. Second, I had to wait for 15mins for just 2 drinks. Then third, after that wait my 2 drinks that I ordered were all wrong! I got a pinkdrink and get this, there was no strawberries in it! I didn’t notice right away because I was in a hurry. It was just the acai juice and coconut milk. My starbucks doubleshot on ice was only really 2 shots of espresso then milk. I was like “This isn’t done right” and one customer overheard me and was also saying “Yeah they messed up mine too”. And another one was really done and asked for a refund instead. I know this is a tough and fast paced job but i think customer service and beverage quality shouldn’t be compromised at all. I hope management does something about this. I won’t be coming back sadly.

Comment: I was never one to go out and seek a good cup of coffee. I have a Keurig coffee maker at home and I didnt mind making my own Joe in the morning.It wasnt until I started dating my wife-to-be, that I started letting my curiosity get the better of me. Shed always come to my house (if it was in the early am), with a cup of coffee from Starbucks. Shed always say, I cant start my day without it... She loves the De Lucce. Regular. No cream. No whip. Lol. It wasnt long before I became JUST as hooked as she was.Im a Frappe Man. Caramel Ribbon is my favorite. I order online and by the time I arrive, its right there waiting. I stood in the line about 10 mins and then had to wait 25 more minutes for them to make the drink and when I received the drink it wasn’t how I ordered it and my other drink taste bad. They have capped off every single outlet so theres nowhere to use a pad, laptop, or charge a phone.Basically Instead of just having the police enforce loitering laws, the customers suffer because Starbucks doesnt want the homeless loitering and using power. Comment: No this shop is across my office, so I decided to go study here on a Sunday. I couldn’t believe how noisy and upkeep the shop was, maybe they were understaff and that resulted to dell at in cleaning up. There are no power outlet to charge you computer so make sure you have a fully charged computer if you are going there to study or have a meeting. And during office hours the line can be very long to get you a 39 minutes wait time for a cup of coffee. You may as well have a coffee make in your office. My office do, so we don’t waste time lining up for coffee. The free cup day was ridiculously long, I had not idea what was going on until I go inside.

The 3 employees barely seem to notice. They are relaxed, chatting with one another and barely moving. Comment: Normal Starbucks but with locked bathrooms, which is annoying. More importantly, no paper towels in the bathroom is unsanitary! Everyone has to touch the lock to get out, this time it and the handle w were dripping wet from the last occupant. Gross!

Comment: Extraordinarily slow service! While the staff is polite and friendly, I am giving this Starbucks one star because the service is so slow, on a consistent basis. It is usually a 20 minute wait for a latte, even if they are not busy.

Comment: Well some of the employees dont seem to know what theyre doing or care. No hussle! Not a place you feel you want to hang in and poorly located. They should of put it in the Laurel Distrist. Way better location. Anyway, for now going to a San Leando or Hayward local. An employee just said shes quiting. Great enthusiasm!!!

Comment: DONT EVER GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. I have been here more than 5 times and every time they have messed up my order. The employees are rude. They are dirty. The facility is always dirty and the floor is sticky. Theyre liars. They claim to not have ingredients but when the manager was called they said they always have ingredients in the back.

Comment: This location needs some TLC. Floors need sweeping, tables wiped down. Security has a permanent frown on her face. Batista took our order, asked our name but never wrote it on the cups.Perhaps its because they are only closed for 4 hours and back open to serve the public, which is a good thing. However, management needs to get a better handle of this location. Although, the public will still come because of the brand name.

Comment: Worse ever! if you arent robbed in the parking lot, the manager has decided to take out all the plugins for charging your devices. A poor guy turned his back for a moment and some thugs grabbed his laptop and ran off. This was in broad daylight and the real fun begins when it gets dark. If you are into end of days Mad Max lawlessness, stabbings and shoot-outs, this is the place to be! Omg, scary and sketchy! And dont forget to bring your weeks worth of trash and throw it around the parking lot, everyone does.

Comment: Went there on a Saturday night around 11pm. The parking lot was full of trash. Disgusting. Inside several of the restaurant tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor. Some spot cleaning of trash on the floor was done while we were there. It was quiet with a several people at tables on their computers.
