Ive lost faith in Starbucks.

Sunshine is always there to greet me with a smile and always says my name to me which makes my visit more personal and special. She’s amazing! Everyone at this location is wonderful!

Comment: Today was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks. Normally the woman working the drive-thru (I believe a lead or manager) is very nice and works with our order no problem, save some issues here and there with the coffee itself. Today she wasn’t there and whomever was working the drive-thru told us no to almost every thing we asked for (not that it was out of stock, but they just “don’t do that”) made our drinks terribly, and when we brought them back to be remade, she and another girl had awful attitudes, tried to charge us an additional amount just to fix the coffees saying that whoever we normally deal with was not trained properly. I highly doubt that a supervisor was trained incorrectly. They tasted terrible and not only are we dissatisfied with the quality of the coffee, but the service today was horrendous. We will be going to Dutch Bros going forward for our coffees. We are really upset with the way things were handled.

Comment: I came here to pick up a DoorDash. I walked in nobody inside but seven girls working. I see the strawberry and the mocha drink already sitting there. I’m standing right in front of it. None of these girls will look at me or a knowledge me I’ve been here for seven minutes, finally I have to wave them down with seven girls in front of me not one customer in the store and I have to tell them why I’m here and what I’m here for because obviously these girls would of allowed me to sit here longer than seven minutes if i let them, if I didn’t speak up and acknowledge myself to them who knows? Seven minutes is how long it takes to deliver the order it could’ve already been delivered. SmhCame back one month later I drove from Natomas at eight in the morning all the way over here to this location to order wasn’t ready they didn’t even know about the order and the place is empty. I had to wait 15 minutes just for some danishes. I’m not sure what planet this locations on.

Tends to be drive-thru heavy, and a dine-in light, so its usually easy to find a seat. Lots of folks stop in for coffee or tea on their commute or heading up to or coming back from Tahoe since its right off the freeway.

Comment: I go to Starbucks just about every day I go to different locations from Citrus Heights Rancho Cordova South Sacramento however this location in West Sacramento is by far my favorite they have great service and I dont think Ive ever had to have a drink remade the manager Allie is amazing a lot of the employees have been here for the whole 3 years Ive been coming so that says somethingWhen I first started coming here I was actually homeless for the first time in my life manager Allie knew that however she never treated me any different from anyone else during the time that I was homeless I experienced so much discrimination for disrespect and just horrible treatment from other restaurants and even other Starbucks locations I just want to say thank you to Allie and her team for always treating me with respect, and not being judgmental and just being super sweet so thank you Allie and your team.Muah!!

The workers had a hard time understanding. We explained on what it was and all was fine until they messed up the order. They added a mango dragon fruit base not scoops of dragon fruit. The drink is a vanilla bean frap with mango dragon fruit blended in it. The drink was supppsed to b pink. The drink they made was white and had no care to actually try to understand what we tried explaining to them .

They had a couple of great employees who were outstanding, but I havent seen them in a while.Often times, they fail to add vanilla to the whip cream. Today, the whip cream was more like liquid cream. Im disappointed in the quality of my drinks. This was supposed to be extra whip cream.

What is starting to get really annoying is the panhandlers hanging out by the drive through approaching cars. These same people walk over from West Cap and hang out several hours daily - pretty funny how the latest loser hanging out has a cane, but when you see him locally around town he sure doesnt...Hey dumbo customers in drive through giving them $ while your barista has a REAL JOB handing you coffee. Comment: The Starbucks at Lake and Enterprise in West Sacramento is the best SB by far!I travel often through Central and NorCal, and the employees at this store never fail to deliver and impress.Clean, a good amount of seating, friendly, and even though very, very busy, the wait is never bad.(Staff at other SBs with just a handful of customers have taken much longer than the staff at this store.)When theyre out of part of a mobile orders recipe, they call out 1st to see if the customer is there and wants something different. If not there, they make it AND MAKE SURE to catch the customer BEFORE they take it, AND they OFFER to make something else - the point is, the drink is READY for those customers who need to pick up and go.

(The Starbucks app kept sending us in the wrong direction. No map!) Very convenient location, too. A bit difficult to get to, but getting back on the freeway was not only easy, but it also let us bypass a lot of the traffic that always plagues that area.We placed the order online (in their app), and it was ready as soon as we got there.
