Wait was long but they were busy so thats fine, but when we got to the car with our food, the sandwich was burnt and I somehow missing the cheese. The drink was super watered down. Employees (Bea and Tobi) and the cashier (sorry, I forgot their name) were very nice.I tried the sample pumpkin chai tea something or other they had and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Then ordered my sandwich at the counter.I grabbed my pre-ordered drink... Verified it was mine/my mistake, and just didnt care for it... I normally would just drink it as it was my fault! But Bea and Tobi were so nice as they helped their other customers (and me as I was waiting for my lunch) - I asked them if they would mind switching out my incorrectly ordered drink for the sampled drink.They obliged and I left much happier than I wouldve! Ill be back soon! Thank you!

Comment: Never go again. I order a shaken espresso with almond milk instead of 2% milk. Its my go to drink i always get, I made sure to tell the lady im lactose intolerant. But they still gave me milk instead of almond milk. I noticed the milk was chunky, and i didnt realize until i was half way through the drink. I was really sick all day. And i still have pain. Not happy at all and ill never go here again. I recommend you guys to not waste your time at this place and go to another starbucks.

A little cramped though and the team needs to schedule going around and wiping all surfaces and seats clean (using the appropriate cleaning solutions so the nice new furniture retains its quality and look). It’s very nice furniture. Treat it well if you plan to make a stop and practice self-clean. The place looks great and the team is friendly.

I took off the lid because my cup felt a little empty (over 1.5 inches of empty cup) and noticed the hair sitting partially in the coffee and partially on the side of the cup. Super disappointed because i got to work and noticed it. A wasted cup of coffee. They need to do better with pulling hair back AND checking cups and lids for cleanliness prior to filling them.

I showed her my on the app for the 1/2 off any drink and the girl in the cash register asked for help and was being rude and said if she doesn’t have coupon then sorry you cannot use it, when I had the coupon. Then she was so rude to the nice girl making the drink, said so loud “don’t be yelling at me” when the girl was not yelling at all, she had just asked if I can get the cake pop that I was waiting for, for my daughter.I hope posting this upper management takes care of this because this is not ok.

When approached the store Supervisor she claimed the chairs were borrowed from other tables. I respectfully told her that was not the case due to basic observation. She then said she will look into . She went into the back office, came out and said 2 or 3 may have been broken. I was then told I can sit out side while it was 59° . They were very rude and unprofessional. I am a business owner in finance and was meeting with an elderly client and dont plan on keeping her out in the cold. This star bucks is not accommodating

Comment: I go here simply because it exists. We need another Starbucks in Natomas north of this location. Its always too crowded and timing of mobile orders is very unpredictable as the staff is overworked. The physical plant is not as clean as other Starbucks. There is another location literally a quarter mile away at Natomas Crossing that is better but that location has very little parking and can be quite crowded as well. Starbucks, we really need another location. Maybe will have to try the new Dutch Brothers on Northgate but that line is really long as well.

For being closed for dine-in guests due to covid, Id expect it to be immaculate. There was so much garbage on the floor, ---I--- wanted to sweep. The milk machine kept getting wiped with a milky rag that just kept sitting in a bin full of milky water and who knows the last time they changed out that rag.I wanted to enjoy our cold evening alone in the outdoor seating with our hot coffees. Comment: I really hate to write bad reviews. I go to this location frequently. Their service is not the best compared to other Starbucks locations. Today I made my mobile order. My white chocolate mocha seemed a little light, so I opened the cap and it was basically a grade in a venti cup. Not cool!! To top it off it tasted off. I didnt have enough time to go in and tell them. This is ridiculous for a $5.25 coffee.

They are always friendly and are fast-paced even when extremely busy. I always get my drinks made perfect. I enjoy coming in to this location. Honestly, I do not know how anyone can rate them below 5 stars. Yall at Starbucks should really reward this hard working team! They are exceptional.

Comment: Normally I don’t do this but I went in today to this Starbucks and had the most awkward service ever. There’s was this chubby, dark mixed guy working (it was at 5p), and he said he will be right with me, I waited and waited and waited, and he walked back and forth numerous times, there was this girl working the bar (black girl), as she was walking over to the food bar she greeted me, and he said something to her but I guess she couldn’t take my order either because she had to take care of something “personal” don’t know. So I wait and the guy seemed like he didn’t want to take my order so he punched in something on the computer and I waited thinking he was goin to help me, after 30 seconds of him doing “something” on one of the registers he walks over to the end of the bar to proceed to put in coffee beans in the grinding thing I assume, so I was like I guess no one will take my order then, feeling dumb and upset after waiting 3 4 minutes to be helped I just walked out. Totally rude, and awkward he seemed, like whatever. However he felt I don’t care, I just wanted to be helped and oh for my order, the guy was (the on I mentioned in the beginning) and the girl too for just walking off. Never going back again, and don’t recommend this place at all!!

Gone were my two free drinks or food. Now I only got one free drink or food. They set the bar higher to get a free drink and higher to get free food.
