Comment: I decided to try a new drink instead of my go to coffee. I end up ordering the spicy dragon fruit refresher. Let me tell you. It has a nice little kick to it but it’s not off pretty. I enjoyed it. Only thing I can say that it could be a little sweeter, but I’m a diabetic so it is what it is.

Comment: I work at Arden mall and was an ex starbucks barista. Yes the service is slow sometimes but you’re at a mall so it makes sense. What I don’t understand is how some baristas are still working there despite moving really slow and are ether oblivious to the terrible service they provide or are actually just rude. Some lady told my boyfriend he couldn’t have cinnamon power at the condiment bar because it would be “dirty and touched” by customers. Disrespectful, and any intelligent barista would have two sets of shakers — for bar and customer use.

Employees are very LOUD, busy chit chatting and failed to get my ordered right. But the place looks trash, disorganized, and s bite dirty. Make me wondered if the my drinks are clean and safe to drink. Management needs to make sure staff members clean the area after customer used.

Comment: Great place to grab an espresso drink on your way out, or treat yourself before you start shopping! Either way, its gonna be great. You may have to wait in line, but that first sip will be worth it. I recommend the Caramel Macchiato!

Comment: Ive been going to this location for ten years. The just remodel there inside and then there patio. They removed all the seating inside.. Built all this outdoor seating. So you must stand. So i got my drink sat on the bench right outside the Starbucks in the mall. I went in the Starbucks and asked for a refill for 50cents. She told me no. I told her i have cancer. I cant sit outside. She said so thats our policy. Its wrong to discriminate on disabled people
