Comment: This is my goto Starbucks because its so close. I guess even if it wasnt the closest, Id rather this one than the one on Florin Rd or the other Mack Rd location. This Starbucks is not always the friendliest service, and Ive received almost frozen crescents from here when they are supposed to be hot. But for the most part, they are OK. There are a lot of transients around as well.

Comment: There was a bug at the bottom of my cup which was mostly filled with ice. My drink was bright green and the bug was clearly black with wings. I will not be spending money there or any other fast food/restaurants for that matter. At least I can make sure my own food and drinks dont contain bugs once theyre served.

Comment: No free refills at this location, especially if you order decaf. I was told that they do not have decaf at this store, yet they had decaf at their espresso bar. They wanted to charge me $3.95 for my FREE refill. These employees are just lazy. They didnt want to take the time to make a pour-over coffee drink. Additionally, this store was very dirty, and the bathroom needed attention. The whole time, they just played around like little children goofing off.

Comment: —NO STARS— The drive thru line is always long and the wait times are horrendous. I used to come here daily until I had enough of it. I only come to this particular one when the others are closed. Last week I came in the drive thru, they didn’t put espresso in my venti latte. It tasted like steamed milk. Tonight we waited in drive thru for 20+ minutes for four drinks.***UPDATE*** Been going to a different location for coffee. Made a quick stop to get 3 lattes and sausage cheddar today. This time the lattes were good, except for the fact that it smelled of strong perfume/lotion when I sipped it. Had to remove the lid, even after that-the paper cup still smelled of the fragrance. BEWARE if you’re sensitive to scents/fragrances. Obviously Starbucks doesn’t care because look at all these bad reviews! Maybe I’ll delete the Starbucks app.

Comment: Near by and friendly people. Only thing is by the time I get there, after 545pm, they can be out of a lot of things like the fresh foods or cold brew, and for some reason cinnamon!? Could be a little cleaner, but by that time of day most places like this are not. Not a lot of waiting at this time either.

Comment: Ive never wrote a review for Starbucks even after all the horrible experiences Ive had at this location. I always purchase a Venti passion iced tea, sweetened with lemonade and light ice. 7 times out of 10 my drink is bitter and I have to go back to get it remade. Today the barista, Bryson, made my Venti tea and it was perfect! Not only was I satisfied by my drink being made correctly the first time, Bryson provided excellent customer service and a fast, efficient transaction. Hes has a great attitude and deserves all the work hours! I hope hes full time because he is amazing! I want your manager to know youre an amazing worker! Thank you and continue with the positive attitude. Starbucks has a great asset for sure!

Comment: The gentleman who helped me today, Jamie, was wonderful. However this particular Starbucks is not very handiaccessible. There is only 1 or 2 handicap parking spaces and the tables are not very wheelchair friendly, their bathroom stalls as well. The staff was great though!

After another 5 minutes to try to get the employees attention, I was told that I needed to wait because there was no brewed coffee. I was in a hurry and asked for my money back. My observation was thar walk-in patrons are not a priority. Sorry guys, you only got one star because it is the bare minimum.

Comment: I usually have good experience at this store. However, recently they have new hires. Just today 9/12/2014 around 2 pm, I had a drive through cashier giving me an attitude. My drink was not made to satisfaction as usual too. The portion was significantly less and the taste was under-standard. I buy my mom 1 cup of Frappuccino a day so I know right away if the drink is bad. I was in a hurry and didnt realize that it was bad drink till I got on the street. Otherwise, I would have come inside to exchange it.
