Had one piece of bacon that was so thin I could see through it and literally had 5 little sausage nibbles. I brought it back and showed them the display picture and my wrap. They happily gave me another which was just as disappointing. Cmon Starbucks, Taco Bell does better for less.

Comment: I dont usually leave reviews unless its to compliment small businesses. But this time I just had to say something. Ive only been to this location a handful of times since I work nearby and rarely get Starbucks on any occasion. But whenever I do have that rare craving, this location always seems to disappoint. Three weeks in a row, all on Sundays, Ive had my drinks made wrong. I dont know if its because the barristas cant read their own abbreviations on the cups or in the system but I ordered coffee blended Frappuccinos and always got caramel Frappuccinos, which is way off. I even got a coffee frap with caramel and whipped cream in it when I never asked for it. And then when I actually ordered a caramel frap for a coworker and a coffee frap for me, they made two coffee fraps instead even though the caramel frap had customized instructions for extra caramel and stuff like that on the cup. I get that Sundays are busy but Id rather theyd slow down and actually read my order rather then rush through it and get it wrong so many times.

Comment: I came here a few days ago to try the new chocolate almond milk shaken espresso. I tasted it and thought wow this is great! But I noticed it had a ton of cinnamon in it, was really sweet, and didnt taste like chocolate malt or almond milk. I know the new brown sugar drink has some cinnamon but I already tried that one and it wasnt that either. The sticker matched the drink that I ordered but definitely wasnt correct. Basically, please make sure you put the correct drink in the correct cups. A lot of people are allergic to nuts and your baristas need to be careful with that because someone else got the almond milk drink that I ordered.

This is the worst place to use the mobile app never ready when promised and you will always be told we are working on it. Gets better cause you get to stand there and watch 4-6 drinks made before you get the one you order 20 min before you arrived. A simple hello when someone walks to the mobile order pick up would be a great start management after you can implement that i would focus on time management if your going to have a mobile order follow thru with the commitment if it says ready that should mean i can walk in and pick my order up. Not stand and wait for 20 minutes. Wish you the best. You have lost this customer i will boycot your location.

Very disappointed!I have to say this location makes the worst drinks & has bad service regularly. Comment: Well I feel like 2 stars is going to have to be it - because of condition of the Starbucks. Tables are SO beat up & the old furnichure is stained & gross. Hand made marker signs for customers near the trash makes it look dumpy. There used to be a bench secured to the wall (where we were sitting) which was takendown. Yet the holes from the bolts are still in the wall. This Starbucks needs a bit of a renovation.We spotted a cockroach running through the lounge area. (We informed the staff & they dealt with it.) The baristas were pleasant & helpful. Coffee was tasty as always!

Comment: Im a barista myself and Ive got to say the worst Starbucks Ive ever attended. I live not far from this place and is let down every time. The smell inside is horrible, the drive thru takes FOREVER and the baristas are slow on making drinks. I hardly see anyone on bar or just working. Its like the purposely work slow. Ive gotten free drinks for the long wait but it hasnt happen once, or twice. Its really irriatating that theyre always out of things and service is very slow. Thats not good. If it ever is slow someone should hop on bar to help or at least get the lines moving or something. Very poor service the manager needs to figure out what it is he needs to get things moving and create a better service for his customers.

I noticed it was very busy, there was an in training parson attending the register, a customer got very irritated because of how long it took to get service and mentioned to the cashier that its not ok not knowing the person was in training, then another customer butted in to defend and words were exchanged...I blame the Manager for poor management to have a person with no experience or to have just one cashier, this is not good for business
