Even though they seemed slammed with mobile and drive through orders, Nate took my walk in order with expediency and a smile. They paid personal attention to me and the other guests I saw waiting for their mobile orders, and got me my drink (with all of the customizations correct) much faster than I expected given their rush.

Comment: I am very disappointed in the manner that I was treated at this Starbucks location. I wish I could give names, but the employees never wear nametags. I have been blatantly disrespected with comments made to me regarding simple things like asking for a straw or to check on my mobile order. I understand that this location gets very busy, but I have never been treated this badly by any other Starbucks in the area!They constantly and often drop food and then proceed to pick up and put it in the oven to cook. All of the order stickers seem to be out of order and as a result, Ive watched as many people have to ask for the status of their food/drink and then are snapped at by the employees. I have no idea what is going on at this location, but it is not the same as it used to be. Im very disappointed and would rather drive the extra time to a different location.

Comment: The last 3 times Ive come here, including tonight.. theyve closed 30 to 40 minutes early.. but the last 2 times, Ive called before hand to see what time they were closing to avoid coming on a night they close early... and each time theyve said 10pm over the phone. And I also ask the barista at the cashier before I order something.. and both times they said 10.. and both times, including tonight they still closed early lol. 🙃 and each time I come at night its super packed so I usually wait like 15 to 20 minutes to get a seat.When I brought it to the staffs attention tonight, and tried to tell the person I asked in person about my complaint she and another barista both tried to gaslight me like if I had the issue lol 🙃 I wasnt cursing or yelling or being rude or nothing. I was just bringing it up to them and they literally rolled their eyes and just walked away as I was talking to them. Crazy lol.Supervisor on shift was nice tho.. Comment: There is this one specific girl who always has a bad attitude every single time I’ve been here when she’s working. She’s always so blunt, impolite, and so inconsiderate. She was working on July 5, 2023 at around 3:55pm-4:30pm(turnpike). I never caught her name but there have been multiple instances where she has to comment on everything. For example, I ordered on the app, I live about 15 minutes away. I assumed it would take longer to arrive because there was so much traffic. I arrived there about 15 mins and she told me “next time give us at least 15 mins to make your order” I apologized and stated that there was a lot of traffic so I expected to arrive later than earlier. She then said something along the lines of, “I don’t care just don’t do it again,” and rolled her eyes. She’s had a nasty attitude every single time. I’ve worked drive thru before, I know this kind of job is difficult but for gods sake, if you can’t handle customers or doing customer service, don’t do it!

It is 4/26 about 10:10pm turnpike location in Santa Barbara CA and they close at 11pm, drive thru, someone must have had a bad day to give this horrible service, no greeting and before work i tried to order a drink and snack but asked to see if any sandwiches were left and was told “no I don’t have any food, what else you want” so I said o sorry and was told “was else you want” and decided I don’t want anything, I know they have something, even prepackaged Rice Krispies or those prepackaged Madelines, but to get this type of service is just not called for. Apparently no one thought to identify my vehicle. And no, there was no one inside, and obviously no one ahead of me. A 30 second task required about 15 minutes to accomplish.In addition, when getting a refill, the girl demanded my Starbucks card to scan for payment. I said no, Im trying to hand you 50 cents. She stared at the coins, not moving, apparently not comprehending. All of this and more, after at least 10-15 visits, is whats happening here.All delays were blamed on mistakes. Right. Comment: I am so upset I think this Starbucks is very messed up because I went threw the dive threw and my husband forgot his card they never told us and I came in I asked for my card back and the guy said he would bring it out side to me I was already inside I asked nicely and he yelled at me and the way he handed my food to me was so bad I payed 40 dollars and he almost dropped my food he was mad and I don’t understand then he gives me the food and he slams it into the shield inside of Starbucks I’ll never ever go there again

Comment: This drive thru has now been there for 1 year. Its been a touch and go process. The staff, at times, is great. But then they can be really lacking and messing up orders.Going in and ordering would be your best way but due to the covid virus, its not recommended.Just expect average customer service so you dont get disappointed.

Comment: I love starbucks, but this time I went I was disappointed. Such a long wait and when we finally received our drinks one of the cups was cracked. It was spilling on the side through the crack making a mess in the car. I usually dont complain, but it was not worth the wait.

Comment: Terrible service to recieve your coffee,Took 30 minutes for some peopl to get their coffee . 20 min.in I asked for a refund, thats way to long to wait for a latte .They have 2 aisles working 1 for drive thru and 1 for walk ins . The girl that was making the coffee for walk ins goes andhelps the drive thru line and leaves noone to make the coffee in the walk in line . Definatly need to hire more staff.Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Comment: This place just opened two weeks ago. It is a really nice Starbucks with new floor plan and drive-thru. It seems this Starbucks is part of a multi-level building and not just to stand alone store.
