Comment: I usually stop at this location in the morning but today I ordered a mocha cookie crunch with chocolate walls and it was such a disappointment not even made correctly. If I am going to pay for something I expect it to have what I am paying for there was no cookie crunch and the bottom was filled with chocolate syrup I hate that I have to write this review but there is no where that I can write to the company besides here which is so strange anywho the Starbucks on Norwood in Delpaso heights is still the best atleast you get what you are paying from oh yeah and even on the app they don’t have a place to write them anywho hope they can do better next time and this ain’t the only time that they have done this I just keep going here cause it’s right next to my job.

My mother, after knee surgery.., she almost fell because of the signs 🪧 I stepped on them too, when I asked why they didn’t remove it to the side, they said they didn’t think it was dangerous 😨 There were two signs side by side, only one remained in the video. Another visitor said that we were the second to stumble 😠

Comment: Updating Review.For some reason, this store has started to Double Cup hot drinks. We have requested they not because:1) Wasteful of the products. Do they remember the Ask for Serveware law being passed to Save the Environment?2) This causes hot liquid to leak out because your lips do not properly seal where the 2 cups are. Hot liquid pouring down your face is not good. Coffee stains on your clothes is also NOT GOOD.------------I wish the App would specify which store of a chain when it asks How was xxx. There are least 5 Starbucks in my neighborhood and or along my commute it might think I visited.

We order, pull up to the window, and I go to pay, but there is a SPIDER in my window, luckily the barista, Jules flicked it off of my car, even though she is afraid of spiders too. I appreciate her doing that so much, so was so professional, and really helped us. Her customer service was wonderful. My friend and I believe she truly deserves a raise, or shout out! I even stopped going to this location for months. I came here a few days ago and ordered a caramel frapp, I drove off before realizing it was mocha and had no caramel. (I dont like chocolate.) Accidents happen, no biggie, so I came back today on my work break and ordered a caramel frapp again. I asked if theyd be willing to comp it for free because last time it was wrong. The supervisor came out (kinda heavy-set blonde girl I believe) & she literally argued with me several times, telling me she knows how to make the drinks. My point was, I didnt like it, I didnt drink it, can you please make me a new one at no charge. Its big corporation Starbucks yall.... they can let go of a $5 coffee to make things right. I ended up paying for the coffee, & while I was still talking, the supervisor shut the drive through window in my face and walked away. I was shocked, she has no business being in any type of customer service. There are 2 other locations down the street, so I wont be coming back strictly based on how incredibly rude and argumentative that supervisor is. Who promoted that miserable, angry human!? Yikes.

The drink was made wrong not only once but twice. I could tell the girl making the drink was frustrated and upset, with an attitude. (Actions speak louder than words). Don’t get mad at the customer because you couldn’t follow the details of the customers drink label. I would instead you take your time, and not speed through the drink-making process. She told me to come back for remakes. I was still in the parking lot. When I came in, the girl on bar still made our drinks wrong and when I let her know she was obviously annoyed with us over it. This wasn’t our fault that she didn’t pay attention to details on the cups. She remade them with obvious attitude. We were never rude to her, we just wanted what we paid for. Our drinks still tasted bad but we were over it by then and just left. She made the experience of being there very awkward. I didn’t catch her name but she was a heavier set girl with pinkish orange colored hair.I hate to post bad reviews but this experience had to be blasted. Because I know how the drinks are supposed to be made and how your supposed to be about customer connection. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years.

Comment: I generally like to avoid stopping at this location because most of the time iced drinks are not full of the beverages but they are usually full of ice and just aren’t made consistently as other locations I often go to. The last time I decided to stop by was in between an appointment and making a stop by the grocery store a few blocks down. I really needed to use the restroom, knowing theirs are much cleaner and don’t like to have to at that store, so I went inside instead of the drive-thru as I usually do. My last experience at this location was Wednesday of this week, I ordered the beverage I usually get and because it wasn’t full I asked the girl to please fill it up with more of the milk. She said that is how the drink is made, she walked away without saying anything then brought me back a sample cup with the milk and still didn’t bother saying anything to me. As she turned to walk away I tried saying thank you and that I order the drink all the time. Needless to say that is the LAST time I will patronize this location and will wait until I can get to one of the other locations that welcome my business!

Comment: I feel bad cause when I paid for my usual venti mocha frappuccino with egg and bacon ciabatta roll which is in excess of 10 dollars now not sure I accidentally touched something with syrup in it or on it and then passed that syrupy dollar onto those hardworking folks. Since my touch seems to literally be like the hand of glib and ha the ability to heal and understand all it would appear to be a blessing for these folk who probably thought I was some homeless loser. Anyhow they didnt hassle me on parking there and being homeless like in the parking lot for my government approved one half hour before having to go reside with my auto and I on another street so as to not get a ticket. A thousand apologies about the syrupy dollar tho. JC

Comment: 5539 Hst.I enjoy a cup of chia tea once in awhile, as Im sitting at a small table in a corner I notice the drinks pre-made to go lined up on a counter by the entrance door waiting for the rightful owner to pick up their ordered drinks. A customer walked in touched a couple of the drinks to find hers reading the labels, hummm... she actually touched the drinks with her fingers turning them around to read the labels, I thought with virus going around, dont know what shes touched, dont know if she washed her hands, but with in that thought touching every drink...I dont think its a good idea for Star Bucks employees to put drinks out like that, its enough that you hardly see employees handling food with their bare hands. YEAH..just a thought!

Comment: Cashier Aly was extremely unpleasant and ill-mannered in a business setting. My coworker has never been treated so disrespectfully at a Starbucks. He ordered his usual drink, then noticed she was not making the one he ordered, so he refused it. She got very upset and threw the drink into the sink and then slammed the cup on the back counter. She then made the drink he ordered, but instead of putting it on the counter without saying a word, she made a big deal out of it. She was aggressive and totally disrespectful to him. He and I are both in the coffee industry. This behavior of hers is not acceptable in any business environment

Comment: I normally only go to this location occasionally, as I patronize another 99% of the time. The person taking my order had to ask for help just to reload my card. Then my drink, which was a guava white tea, with extra guava and some dragon fruit pieces in it, and short ice, had know ice. It was not tasteful, as it lacked the ice, and short on flavor. I probably wont visit this location again, as a last minute stop. They mess up on my order everytime I have visited. I will either go to 65th and Broadway, or not get Starbucks at all. Ive been a gold card member since 2010, and there are only 3 locations that get it right, with 65th and Broadway being my normal store, then while in the area of. Consumous and Bruseville I visit that one. The other is 65th and Folsom, when I cant find parking on 65th and Broadway.

Grande means large not medium; that would be Medio in Italian. Lastly, Venti is Italian for 20- no where near the meaning of large. What the heck are you trying to do with these sizes?Overpriced drinks. Pretentious customers. Bitter coffee.Fast service. Semi-friendly staff. Soft chairs.
