Even if you buy some thing no tables, no chairs no Wi-Fi Rude employees the only Starbucks I have do not like oh and I walked back in after I left and of course they all stopped talking and they’re all on their phones stop treating everybody like their homeless unless then again, homeless people deserve to be treated just like everybody else the employees at the Starbucks are not a good representation of friendly Santa Barbara

Comment: The curly brown haired boy who made my coffee had been more occupied with flirting with the costumers then making my drink correctly, I did come towards the end of the night but it was not busy enough to justify burning the coffee that u put in my drink, forgetting the whipped cream, and then after I asked for it to be added to my drink he managed to smash the wrong lid on top of it cause ing it to spill and get all over his hands. And then proceeded to hand it to me like that. I didn’t want to bother even asking him to remake it because he clearly was not capable the first time and they were closing in 15 minutes so I left with my awful drink in hand won’t do another late night run again.

Comment: Had a long day today, so I decided to go get myself a chai latte. The staff didn’t seem rude or anything and was very quick with making my drink, although I can’t tell what’s in my cup. I found clear chunks of something that was dropped into my chai. I go to Starbucks for my chai lattes pretty frequently and never have I ever gotten a drink from there with what looks like noodle chunks. Never will I go here again. Disgusting! I had to go back and edit this a day later because that terrible looking drink turned into food poisoning! Really Starbucks?!!!

Comment: Ordered my favorite drink, its a custom drink but simple. I watched the barista make my drink. I tried to tell him that my drink was made incorrectly and that he added to much milk. He actually lied to me and tried to correct me and refused to remake my drink. That was when I informed him that used to work at Starbucks and that I get that drink all the time and I know how it should look and taste. He continued to argue with me, exaggerating the amounts of the drink as he continued to refuse to fix my drink. The other barista, was very polite and interjected and remade my drink. It is not the first time I have had an encounter with this barista. He is lackadaisical and dismissive of the customers. On my way out of the store another customer stopped me to tell me she has had the same problem with the young man but that she can never get him to fix her drink and that he always argues with her.

Comment: Had an issue with my drink with the other star bucks a few blocks down. Ordered a pink drink and they filled up the whole cup with ice. After walking to the beach noticed this star bucks and asked them for water to mix up my pink drink. They said not to worry and made me another one with limited ice. 👍Great service and would recommend to go to this one if you are by the Santa Barbara area.

Comment: Love Starbucks. My fav is the blended coffee. Great. For summer...so glad theres one every 2 to 3 blocks. Theres one near you when you need one or want one. Lots of varietys to choose from. My fav is the caramel frappe with a shot of expresso😀💛☕🍵🍩🍮lots of munchies too. They always have Starbucks products. Like coffee mugs & Starbucks grounded or.beans if you prefer....gift cards are the best gift for a coffee lover.

Comment: An early morning cup of coffee before the rest of the town woke up. The gardners and city workers were preparing the center for the day. The vibe was sleepy and happy, baristas kind and accommodating. This Starbucks is a bit larger than most. I can always count on Starbucks for my caffeine fix : )

Comment: I was in this location and I witnessed the most horrible thing I have ever seen a manager of any restaurant do in my life. The manager Rosie told a handicapped lady that she had to leave her walker outside the restaurant because in her words We dont do that here. When the lady asked if she was talking about her walker the manager said yes. There were other customers in the store and they all were staring at her. She was so humiliated she looked like she was going to cry. I will never set foot in that Starbucks again and I have contacted the district manager and a lawyer on her behalf. Nobody deserves to be treated that way ever.

Starbucks has become the first choice for internet cafes in Santa Barbara. There will always be a mixture of locals and tourists at these Starbucks locations.
