Comment: They made me a killer matcha latte. Chill cafe. Good service. HOWEVER I was kinda annoyed that they dont have charging ports anywhere (at the time of this posting). Your duration of stay is literally dependent on the life of your laptop.

Comment: Nice employees, they clean constantly. You might run into Rob Lowe, Charlie Puth, Katie Perry, Kathy Ireland, Oprah, Kevin Costner etc. and its by the beach. So you get a salty cool breeze every once in awhile. They keep the patio pretty clean. All in all its a nice spot, not local—but a good experience.

Quite a busy location due to convenience of getting off and back on the 101 so not likely a good place for quiet study sessions. Parking lot busy but can always find a spot, baristas work hard to keep up with orders to keep it flowing.

Comment: This location does the Starbucks™️ name justice!Great quality service here in all fronts: satisfying coffee, friendly baristas, and a clean spot for a study session or hanging with friends. Especially lovely on a summer say. With so many good coffee shops around, I still for some reason found myself coming back to this location throughout the summer. The iced Americano here beat most others at higher price points around, in my opinion!Definitely a great Starbucks locations worth your visit!

But management has recently covered the outlets so I didnt end up spending $20 for drinks and snacks for me and my partner and we went to Cafe luxxe, accessible from the same parking lot, instead! Theyre just across the walkway from vons. They have delicious pastries and coffee and at least they have one outlet to use :) they have nice outdoor seating if youd prefer that too

He said it was an unreasonable ask and really inconvenient and yelled so loud everyone was watching and made her cry. Monday 4/13/23. He also ripped the bag of egg bites out of the baristas had that was helping the woman when he over heard the request. Should be fired.

Comment: Used to be great. This was my favorite Starbucks and Im in them all over the world. Now, its just not at all the same as it was. Just a place to buy expensive coffee and use their great app. They are as friendly. Other than that, this place doesnt resemble the welcoming, warm atmosphere of the coffee shop it was. Its messy, never feels clean, tables are always dirty, we always have to wipe down tables, bathrooms are dirty, trash can is overflowing. I used to go every day. It was a meeting spot for many. Its rare that I go now. There are other places that still have that warm feeling, right around the corner with gourmet coffee and food at about the same cost.

Comment: This is my roommate and I’d go to study spot. It’s super cute and a great place to get work done. However, be prepared for loud music. Every time I’m there I’ll have my airpods at full blast and I can still hear the music. If you can get past that it’s a great place to meet with friends, get some studying done, or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Comment: The food and drinks are perfectly acceptable as far as Starbucks locations go. However, there are very few outlets and poorly designed seating. Would be great if there were outlets outside or just a few more inside. I worked here for about 3-4 days and I would regularly bring in my extension cord and surge protector to accommodate all the people who were waiting for the seats near outlets.

Comment: This Starbucks is a bit more upscale then a lot of other ones but thats die to its location. Its in the shopping center of Monticeto so everything there is a bit upper class. They also serve wine there but you cant leave the store with it and it has plenty of seating.
