Comment: I came in yesterday and ordered a blonde roast pour over, grande with 3 stevia. The barista gave me pike and then was aggravated when i asked for what I ordered. She then made it luke warm almost cold and it tasted funny. There are no chairs in the store, stand up only and frankly the store is more like a crime scene. I will go elsewhere next time I leave the gym. This store needs serious help

They were able to serve all the customers who placed mobile orders after me + came in after me with large orders, only to be told that mine “could’ve been snagged”(The whole time, my Starbucks app was still saying the order was pending. Comment: Its about as good as your average Starbucks, but just a half a year ago they had all of their furniture available to use to the public and now everythings sealed behind this ugly wall that is supposedly for renovations and now theres nowhere to sit and hang out so you cant even use it as a cafe or a place to study you can only merely get your drink and leave nowadays and it and it just seems like an anti-homeless solution that just ruins the experience for everyone else

Comment: One of my favorite quick-stop Starbucks locations, though sometimes its not so quick, especially if there is a basketball game or another event at the arena. The employees are polite and friendly and they get your drink out as fast as possible. The inside is large and clean, however, they dont have any inside seating or outside for that matter which is strange, but I still appreciate the quickness they get the orders out.

Comment: The Starbucks Reserve is great. The atmosphere is so laid back, and they always create pretty good drinks. Along with my girlfriend, I came here. I ordered an affogato, and she ordered a latte. I heartily endorse the affogato. particularly if you combine everything at the end! A pretty lovely atmosphere, diverse drinks from the standard Starbucks selections, and excellent coffee. Service was prompt and courteous.

Comment: From a Top notch Starbucks coffee shop in DOCO Arena to Old Sacs novelty shops and premier night life is an experience to live over and over again. From Sacramento river to Californias State Capital Building there is a playground of sorts for the whos who. The Famous Last Laugh Comedy clubs Carlos Rodriguez will have you laughing so hard youll be gasping for air and the bar scene along the river walk keeps your shot glasses full. The Dining a long K street has food that is so good that Hells Kitchen Gordon Ramsay needs to experience it in my opinion. From pizza to ma and pas style sandwich shops and the Kings have the best clubs to celebrate their wins across the way on K street. This is all in my back yard so to speak. WE ARE SACRAMENTO. WE ARE KINGS AND ALL HAVE THE GOLDEN STATE OF MIND

My Pink Drink was a little watery, and I asked for extra strawberries, which I didnt get.All the outlets are covered, so you cant charge your phone (and my battery was low).The worst part, I wanted to sit down and enjoy my drink and relax...and they close at 2:00pm (we got there at 1:30pm.). Meaning the fancy one ;)..The seating here is weird but yes lots of seatings..Lines are always long and yes you can always order ahead of time and just pick up..My reason to come here is because in sacramento there are no siphon coffee and this special brewing process is only at starbucks for now. This brew is complicated and takes time, but they do a great job of telling you how they make it and the process in details if your intrigue. The baristas is usually knowledgable to introduce you to their reserve beans where it comes from..I really like coming here during the weekend to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, its less busy and great to give this place a try ;) siphon coffee.

While most stores have one or two individuals that stand out, 7th and K St.s staff outshines the best. When the door opens and the Starbucks general welcome in greeting is called out, one can count on finding themselves genuinely feeling welcome. The greeting is consistantly followed up by a warm smile and an attentive individual that will hold their gaze to further acknowledge your entrance until you have made eye contact. This staff is outgoing and personable....and NOT because that is their job, but because that is their nature.!!!

Comment: I am not the biggest fan of Starbucks coffee, but I was excited to try Starbucks Reserve. At first I was impressed, but then I received my cappuccino. I was immediately dissapdissap as I didnt realize that I had to specify that I wanted my drink to be reserve. I thought it would be assumed or at the very least be given the option to upgrade. The foam on my cappuccino was also disappointing being composed of chunky macro foam that was just dolloped on top instead of the smooth micro foam that is normally poured in. It also would have been nice to be given the option to use a mug instead of the normal to-go cup. I would be open to giving Starbucks Reserve a second chance, but it will take some time. As of right now I do not recommend, check out your local roasters instead

I brought in this recipe that I found and I hated to be one of those people and I explained that to them and had all the ingredients for it and they were very happy that I brought in the actually recipe instead of saying I want ___ coffee which isnt something on their menu. They asked my name and because mine is an unusually spelling (Carressa) I was used to it being misspelled so I normally give an alias which is skye which ironically is misspelled too. I told the employee waiting at the spot where I was getting the drink about it and we exchanged stories about our weird name spellings, she wrote a bunch of lovely things on my cup such as crossing out my misspelled alias name and writing the correct spelling. Though I normally use my app they know me as their regular still. I super super love this place and their prices are always pretty cheap!

I first tried the grilled cheese and was blown away by the flavor and texture. As the sandwich is heated up, the cheeses melt and crisps into the amazing sourdough bread. The end result is a crispy delicious sandwich, guey with cheese in the center, bursting with flavor at every bite.Next, I had to try their Almond Butter Strawberries and Jam on Wheat sandwich. Also warmed in the oven, this sandwich is a PB&J on steroids. They literally pureed fresh strawberries.I cant wait to go back and try their other Mercato offerings!!!A picture is worth a thousand words, so look at the attached pictures, get hungry, and be sure to stop in and try out these new offerings!!

Comment: Beyond disappointing experience from this morning’s coffee run. Walked into this bustling Starbucks earlier and an elderly homeless woman queued the line behind me. I noticed myself and people ahead of me in the line began to find the odor of the woman behind me to be unpleasant, but she was minding her own business and patiently waiting for her turn in line. As I was waiting with still a few people ahead of me, an employee walked out from behind the counter and proceeded to very loudly call the attention of the woman behind me. He demanded that she would need to leave the store without being served and did not offer her any time or assistance otherwise. The woman responded by holding up her own Starbucks card to show that she was a paying customer and he very dismissively said, “You need to leave.” His voice carried through the shop, calling most attention of the other customers and the woman proceeded to walk as an 80+ year old woman would outside to exit. A few customers exchanged looks and a young man who had been in line followed the woman out to ask her what he could get her. He came back in, queued the back of the line and those of us who were still at the front of the line told him to go ahead to serve the woman waiting outside first. A few customers individually purchased something for the woman to eat/drink and the woman graciously said thank you and replied with a warm holiday greeting. I don’t know where to begin with what makes me angry about this situation. It being the holidays? Or a cold winter morning? Or the fact that she was a paying customer? Or an elderly woman? Or how about the simple fact that she was another human being who was minding her own business. The complete lack of compassion and sensitivity on behalf of this employee is ridiculous. And having worked in the corporate/franchise food industry I know for a fact that there is always a way to give a little extra. So here’s my review: lose the lamo hipster image and show some empathy to fellow human beings.

Comment: Looks great and fancy but there are NO OUTLETS!! Very frustrating and obviously will not return. Waste of money on parking.

Comment: The Starbucks that is located right by Capital One arena is probably one of the best and nicest Starbucks Ive ever been. they got awesome coffee selection and unique coffee brewing techniques. and the staff is amazing.

Comment: While no noticable table provided for wheelchairs and very few places to place a chair without a sense of privacy I still like this Starbucks. The staff is delightful and considerate with low volume music that allows for comfortable conversation. Although no disabled button for the door I found them easy to open despite spine shoulder neck and hand disorders which make many doors impossible to use. Bare cement floors are ideal for canes walkers and other mobility devices as well as most ambulation difficulty. Morning is lovely to sit with sun warming my back from East facing windows and overall it feels nice to be here. Located near the entrance to the new arena on 7th St. at K so accessable by Lite Rail and several buses.

Comment: Its what happens when Starbucks takes coffee more seriously.You can still order some of their classic menu and most of their food offerings seem to be available.The people there are also amazing.

Comment: Saw that they opened not too long ago.This place made me smile even if it was packed today being as there was an event at the nearby Golden 1 Center. Actually, most everyone there did not mind the wait.We got to try their seasonal creations.The Staff are great and they even apologized for the wait.If one comes here to actually try the Reserve items, please enjoy the wait. There is an art to proper coffee making. It is meant to be sipped not gulped and enjoy it.

Comment: Very hip atmosphere. Makes me feel like I live in a big city even though I dont :) Great service, tasty drinks. Coffee tasting looked very attractive - I want to do it one day and feel like a pro :)

Comment: I went here for breakfast. nice place and I came early right when they opened tho not to crowded. seating is limited and mostly just a mounted table along the window. the usual good Starbucks coffee and food. when I left it got mute crowded...
