Comment: Peets across the land is SOLID coffee shop. Quality roasts of coffee, delightful snacks, and usually great service. I was so ready to enjoy the sunny afternoon patio with my iced latte, and my lemon loaf, and it would have been such a perfect experience if there had not been such an unwelcoming, unhelpful, nasty guy behind the counter. Sir, If youre going to do me the fancy favor of taking my order, making my drink, and bagging up my pastry, then why did you make me pay for it? And if you dont want my business, just ask me to leave. I came in with a smile. You came back with a sneer. Bad business. #thumbsdown

The next morning, I arrived a few mins past the 7am pick up, and my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Veronica assisted me with my purchase and offered to help me to the car. Great location, teamwork, and on-it customer focused employees. FYI, these coffee dispensers are available in 5 gallons as well. Thank you!

New pay system seems to be on the fritz, at least it caused a minor line pile-up when I ladt visited. Parking can be challenging during busier hours. Comment: Cozy vibe, a diverse clientele, great coffee. I like to relax and study here. The outdoor tables can get a little noisy at the corner of Fair Oaks and Fulton, but the trees help, and the extra space takes some of the pressure off the inside seating.

Comment: Never knew they had a peets here til i google where was the nearest one..The signage is more vintage old, doesnt pop out, so i never knew even though i go across the street to temple coffee often..This plaza is cute design like an neighborhood rich looking like boutiques holidayish spirit plaza during x mas. Bet its pretty at night time with the lights and etc..So parking was ok, glad it wasnt busy but the parking lot is small and limited with a good amount of business and wells fargo in the same lot..When i went into peets they had 2 registers to order which was confusing because i thought one side was for picking up only. But yea surprised how many people sat down inside studying reading a book, on their laptop, people watching, or just chilling..I got y drink quick and went straight outside and chilled on the chairs and table. It was very relaxing and just enjoyed the view and people watch. Great peets to check out if your in the area. Thanks for reading

Peets was well stocked with snacks and sandwiches, cafe is smaller so no seating available when we visited on Sunday.Ordered Cappuccinos which were ok. Well staffed, no lines and fast service.

We were celebrating an older childs birthday and while the children were deciding how they wanted their first taste of Peets Coffee drinks, they were treated by the cashier as if she did not have time for their indecisiveness or curiosity as to the ingredients in the drinks.The barista (Eric) was pleasant and accommodating. The other customers were friendly and conversent but the attitude of the cashier was one which makes me seriously reconsider returning to any Peets.

Comment: I was up late studying, and really really need a coffee this morning. The friendly curly haired girl made my sugar-free vanilla soy latte absolutely perfect. I dont usually like coffee and I never liked Starbucks, but Peets makes my mornings after exhausting study nights. Only coffee I like.
