They dont insult you if you ask for an S, M, or L beverage. And Peets stocks organic food/snacks. My fav location is in Newport Beach because of the large outdoor seating area. Eyes like fish eyes- fish right after you club them to death in the bottom of an aluminum boat, that die with a thud and jolt. Lidless eyes, but you wish they’d close sometimes. Eyes that have seen too much for one life. That’s how I feel about the people in the street today, anyways. I ordered a latte with whole milk, one sugar. I’ll be back.

When I went mid-afternoon, there was a small line that went a tad slowly, as there was only one Barista taking orders. The iced green tea that I ordered was fabulous. However, there was no stevia sweetener, unfortunately. This was a great place to have a meeting, with plenty of seats, gender-neutral restrooms, and clean tables and chairs.

Twice Ive been disappointed when my pizza order from next door is ready and is getting cold before my bag of ground coffee... nows its time to post this observation. I walked out the second after seeing the staff taking away the garbage before doing the grinding... I guess garbage comes before a paying customer. Boo......

Comment: Ive been coming to this petes for 2 years nearly every day! Superb customer service. The same core of employees have worked there as long as Ive been going with new faces here and there but from what I understand they do use the facility to train employees for other locations. I couldnt tell you the last time I actually had to give my order they know it by heart and most of the time have it ready for me by the time I pay. This Petes location can get extremely busy however the Charisma and energy of the staff make it worth the wait. Every day that I come here I see the interaction between staff and patrons many times knowing each other by first name basis. This touch of care and personal interaction goes a long way in my decision of being a faithful and regular Petes customer. You guys rock! Keep up the great hard work and you always have a faithful customer in me.

Seating is very limited so be ready for that if youre looking to hang out there. I never hang out there for that reason so I just park as close as I can, get my ecstatic and go on my way. Comment: This is the best Peets in the area, staff are unfailingly kind, and the venue is clean and peaceful. There are two comfy chairs, many tables and a counter. Wifi works and the coffee, we all know how good Peets does with that.
