Comment: Don’t get me wrong I use to L O V E this place but I’m currently looking for a new coffee shop sadly this place has gone down hill and I have to only think that’s why their other stores have been closing. For context I started going to Peet’s 5 years ago because I wanted to stop giving Starbucks business. That all changed this year I’ve went one time and it only confirmed the last 6 months of my dissatisfaction. In short the coffee is burnt and bitter In flavor like they have been rushing to hurry up and make the coffee and that’s been consistent. About 6 months ago I decided to get the app because they always ask me since I use to come like everyday they started using my legal name despite me going to this specific Peet’s for close to 2 years and me specifying otherwise it’s embarrassing because that’s not my name that anyone calls me anymore not my parents, doctor, or even my landlord call me that. My final line is when they permanently discontinued the lavender latte mmm no thanks. If I can’t get a decent drink and treated how I’d treat others I’ll pass. As much as I wanted to support Peet’s I don’t have a reason to anymore.

I came here March 6th 2024 between 4:30 5:30 and I was also told there was a limit to using the restroom how is there a limit if I payed for my stuff I’m a customer not someone who just walked in to ask to use the bathroom only the ladies working that shift on that day were very rude to me if your so unhappy with working here why work there?

Comment: Ive been to this peets 3000 times. My latest today. Ive had literally one of everything on the menu on purpose. Also i dont work for peets or any company they own but i dooooo looooove coffee. I probably spend $4500 annually on coffee alone between peets, Starbucks, and Nespresso vertuo. This peets is hit. Never miss. Abd further more after trying the whole menu i can say without a doubt the best drink by far at any Peets is the caramel Frappe. You usually dont go to peets for flavor and go for only strength since their weakest coffee is about 14 times stronger than Starbucks strongest coffee. I get free Starbucks rewards all the time Ive tried 10 shots of espresso and one Peets Carmel frappe lasts like 5 hours longer and hits way harder. But it also tastes really good. Dont get anything with oat milk or anything seasonal. The Carmel frappe is the one. Its so good i bought two for me. One fir the morning one for the afternoon. 🔥Update January 2024still smashing Starbucks and their fake coffe base drinks and dutch bros only had chocolate milk so I question if they even sell coffee. Peets got these beans, the drink tastes good but you can taste fresh beans in the sips. I go now practically everyday

Comment: Today I had their new Iced Lavender Vanilla Almond Latte, and it is by far my favorite drink at Peet’s. It kind of reminded me of a caramel macchiato with a hint of lavender. And I say a hint because the lavender flavor is not overpowering at all. The vanilla accentuates the lavender flavor enough to give off a delicate essence. Of course, this let’s the coffee itself shine, but the true star here is clearly the lavender. In regards of sweetness, it’s is not very sweet (6/10), which I was completely fine with. It allowed me to enjoy the lavender better. I would recommend it if you are feeling bold but don’t want to deviate too much from the “normal” latte. I hope they keep this one on their menu! I think I’ll try their Lavender Cold Brew Oat Latte.Plenty of space to sit, relax and/or study inside and outside. This location is near/part of Arden Fair Mall, so there is plenty of parking space. Friendly, helpful and prompt staff. It looks busy, but they know how to take care of the line efficiently. Clean and relaxed environment & bathroom.

Ive been going here for years and the baristas are super friendly, warm, and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. It doesnt matter if it is ordering in store or delivery, they go over and beyond to make everything perfect! Just today I ordered through the Peets app and it was easy to use and arrived swiftly. I normally order the coconut black tie but I was feeling festive and ordered the iced holiday spiced latte, and it was very delicious! The spices really bursted into my mouth. I also got jos peppermint creme cookies and I would describe it as a piece of heaven into my mouth!! Thank you Peets Coffee and their kind, hard-working baristas for doing such a marvelous job!

I dont drink coffee nor dairy, my usual drink being a Matcha green tea Frapp with almond milk... But now, they have an oat milk, which I prefer over the almond...They are so warm and friendly, and neither the employees nor customers pressure you to hurry up when asking a million questions. They encourage you to try new things! (Sometimes they have samples of their baked itmes!) Comment: My girl ordered us a cold vanilla latte each. Small for herself, large for me. At check out the dude with pink hair and makeup was pushing for a tip. She wasn’t comfortable with the pitch and declined. Hers didn’t taste right and gave her very bad indigestion and gas that persists 6 hours later. It’s terrible to draw conclusions or to make an accusation. Love Peet’s Coffee, but will not return to this location.

Comment: Wer should i start i think what best describes this place is EXPENSIVE AND LOW LOW QUALITY COFFEE. i can explain quickly, the baristas dont know jack about coffee of making a decent espresso shot. i asked for a shot and 6 ounces of water and got probably 8oz of water and a weak ass shot! and paid $2.50 are you kidding me!!! the only reaaon i had to buy coffee from them waa because my profitec 500 didnt turn on this morming because of my mistake, but my one shot from my machine would run circles over this stuff. and only cost me .40 cents. IF YOU GUYS WANT REAL AND GREAT COFFEE GO TO TEMPLE COFFEE now thats a real coffee shop.
