Comment: Update : Awful service through and through. The app has started malfunctioning terribly, it will send orders to other stores with out notifying you. On the second time of this happening this location refused to even make my drink. Go to a local shop, they have no interest in serving you.Its alright. The drinks are fine and the staff is friendly but theyre perpetually running behind. Im sure its more of a matter of being short staffed than any particular failing on the part of the staff but Ive never had a mobile order run on time here. Typically peets is on time for orders but not this one.

Comment: Terrible management at this location now. She is very aggresive and has no known customer service skills that i am aware of. Which is sad because i used to love this store ( and work here) but whoever hired this new woman was out of their mind. My boyfriend got kicked out bc he bought a homeless man coffee on a cold morning. He then had him come inside to fix it the way he wanted. The manager came out from the back and went balistic! Screaming and yelling at the homeless man from across the store (in front of everyone during the morning rush). My boyfriend asked what was wrong? And explained he had just bought the man coffee and he was fixing it. She then directed her crazy toward him and kicked him out too. With no explanation... i worked there for 3 years (2008-2011), and would not believe it if i hadnt witnessed it myself. I will never go in that store, or purchase any Peets products again. Helpful tip: The HIVE around the corner has great coffee and is a local business owner :)

Comment: I was passing through town and stopped down the road at Hasta Muerte and was not impressed. Ended up throwing out my drink and went to Petes, better service with a friendly staff, and GREAT COFFEE!!! Thanks for giving me the fuel I needed to keep my day going.

Comment: Great coffee, either drip, iced, or espresso. Excellent, freshly roasted beans. Theres also a selection of brewing supplies and accessories. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Best coffee shop in the neighborhood. Peets is known for strong coffee.
