Comment: A big local favorite it is always bustling. There is a nice tree outside so people can sit outside with some shade, and there are ALWAYS folks sitting outside, people watching, chatting. This location was renovated in the last few years so it has warm food, mobile pick-up, and a bit of a facelift. Has some tables and chairs inside as well but its not a huge location.

Comment: Good coffee when it’s made right, which is only 50% of the time. The last couple times I’ve been here they’ve given me watery drinks or forgot to add the sweetener. They redo your drink if you ask but I’m not about to ask for a redo every single time.

Comment: Coffee is great. One staff was arrogant and rude. I am senior and a bit slow. He did not ask what size I wanted and gave me a medium. When I said, I wanted a small size and you didnt even ask me. He yelled, You should know what you wanted when you came in here. I couldnt believe what I heard. There is something called customer service, which was unknown to him. He refunded my account, which I did not ask for. I dont care about money. He insulted me and made me very sad. 10/23/22, around 3:30.

Comment: The coffee is absolutely excellent its never been an issue the only issue is nowadays with the cell phones and all the mobile apps its ridiculous just to walk into the place and try and get anything. I have been on there on quite a few occasions of late or I have had to wait over 15 plus minutes just to get a cup of coffee because of all the phone in and app orders that they have to do ahead of time. Its disgusting there is no customer service you walk to a place and you get served after the people that call in and order online to have some mobile app deliver their coffee to them its disgusting what the world has come to!

Comment: When they reopened after renovation I was pleased with the offer of dark or medium roast drip and the coffee was smooth. Now the coffee tastes bitter. Either they are scalding the batch or not cleaning their equipment. This has always been a Peets problem.

Very comfortable place to enjoy a cup and the morning Chron at the same time. I commend the designer for for a comfortable, bright and pleasant place.
