After every item, she immediately says the total, trying to rush us out. a dark chocolate mocha ok, your total is... and a tea shaker... Ok, your total is... ...and a cheese Danish (had to tell her the cheese danish 3 times. She kept saying the total. 😂 Poor listening) I only ordered 2 beverages and a cheese Danish. It was a hassle ordering and it felt awkward asking for each item. Two people were standing there, youd think the girl Saro could tell we are ordering more than 1 drink... Just awkward. I wont be returning and I am a local thats always in this area ..

Comment: I am a loyal fan of Peets Coffee and have been enjoying Peets hot coffee Latte since 2016, however, today’s latte tastes alomost like a hot water! Very unprofessional baristas. They need more training including customer service. Otherwise we can easily switch to Blue Bottle at Santana Raw.

Ive been going to this location for about a month now. She told me and my coworker about your app to gain points and order online as well. Anyways, where else in San Jose, CA, can you literally sit for hours and sip always well brewed organic coffee and not feel that people are staring at you? I havent found another. The location is great, right on Santana Row, staff are friendly, orders are prepared fast (most of the time; there has been a couple of misses unfortunately), and I live the outside seating. It is quite limited during Covid, but still I enjoy sitting here and getting my work done!

Comment: This store may be popular for many others. Today I decided to have a coffee outside after months. I have experienced two incidents here.1. I asked for ceramic cup for my coffee and employee handed to me a cup seem to be unwashed. I tried to wipe off the dripped line of coffee outside with my finger and it did not go away. It means the cup has been like that for awhile. I asked for replace to paper cup and employee did with unhappy face.2. I have reward to Peets, and today I tried to open the app while I order. The employee was supposed to ask me before she closed my transaction. When I was able to open, and she told my that she already closed my transaction. And she started to lecture me that I need to do than scanning when I am ordering which is I know. Won’t go here ever again.

Comment: I’ve been going to this Peet’s for a couple of years, every morning before work and on the weekends. :-P The staff are all very cool and very nice. The cafe itself is sort of small but it’s getting remodeled in September. There’s plenty of free parking on weekends and early morning weekdays with the addition of the Splunk bldg, and soon to be more when the new offices/stores are finished on the other side of the theater.

Comment: Hands down my favorite Peets in the neighborhood.Although located on the Row, this Peets location is very easy to get in and out of in the mornings (before 9am) with several parking spots out front and tons in the nearby parking land lots. The service is fairly quick and the staff are extremely friendly.For tea connoisseurs, ask for the expanded tea menu.Another bonus is that for every $25 gift card purchased, you get one cup of coffee for free! Yay!
