Comment: Came here at 7pm on Wednesday with my mom for dessert after dinner. The store is clean. Youre met with a beautiful mural on the wall and the interior is thoughtfully decorated in a green and red theme. The staff was super friendly and helpfully answered any questions I had about the menu. I went to the digital ordering kiosk because I wanted to see photos of all the items. Theres a wide variety of desserts and drinks. It costs around $7 for drinks and $10 for desserts which is a bit much but it seems to be on par with the likes of Meet Fresh and local boba shops. Boba is included in the drink price too!I got a Jasmine Blossom and a Saigon Pearl. I asked for sweetness recommendations and while the cashier said to do regular since its not that sweet, it was pretty sweet for me so Id recommend going less sweet. The Jasmine Blossom was a good, creamy Jasmine milk tea. If you like creamy, this is nice although I waited for my ice to melt since I like it less dense. The Saigon Pearl is similar to my preferred drink at Bambu. Its quite sweet as well so we added more ice at home. I dont like sweet beans like mung beans so get this if youre like me. The texture of everything made it easy to drink with a straw or spoon. The lid had a crack when we received it though. We got the Hoi An Imperial to share which is a warm chè and the wait is around 10 minutes since its made fresh to order. It was hot! Wait or blow a bit before eating the grass jelly. My mom noted how fragrant the jelly was. The textures all worked so well together. We ate it at a table inside. Many people were trickling in throughout our time there. Id totally come back when Im in the area!

Comment: Cool, nice interior, boba and coffee shop in Santa Clara.Ordered the sweet and salty and the pandan vibes.Sweet and salty was Vietnamese coffee, condensed milk, and their salted cream. The salted cream balances the sweetness from condensed milk. It’s Vietnamese coffee so it’ll be strong and give you a quick caffeine hit.The pandan vibes was mellow and different kind of caramel finish.Staff and vibes insides were great. We’ll be back!

Comment: Before I decided to review this, I tried the coffee, Vietnamese dessert (che), fruit tea, and matcha.Coffee- Phintastic was perfection. I order mine with an extra shot of espresso cuz I don’t like it that sweet. It gives a great balance and I love this drink.Coconut Cloud - I’m not a fan of coconut so I think it’s very coconut forward and sweet.Matcha -Matcha Cloud - by far my favorite matcha drink. It is mixed with pandan and coconut flakes. It’s pretty sweet but once the ice melts it’s just to die forDynamic duo - amazing if you want that extra kick. It’s not too bitter and it does not have just the matcha taste. Great balanceVietnamese dessert-Sa Pa Delight - not too sweet and just perfect. Every bite reminds me of my grandma. I am very picky with my Che Bap and I absolutely love this placeSaigon Pearl- it is like a modern take on Vietnamese dessert. Kinda like the dessert place Bambu but way better IMO.Limited -Mekong MajesticRefreshing and soursop forward. I got it with boba and the boba has a great crunch and chewiness to itIt has a great atmosphere. It’s the Asian take on a coffee shop

Comment: We ordered two jasmine blossom with regular sugar, and the sweetness were different. The tea tasted old and bitter. We added more sugar, but they were still bitter. The oolong magic was nice even with 25 % sugar. The pandan vibes with 25% sugar was pretty sweet.

Comment: This little Vietnamese tea/coffee shop is a delightful find! :) Its super clean, incredibly cute, and well-maintained, and the staff is pretty sweet as well. I loved hanging out for a few minutes while waiting for my pretty drink. The drink itself was beautiful, filled with beans and jellies, and refreshingly light. The only tweak I wished Id made was to ask for less sweetness. If youre not a big fan of sugary drinks like me, be sure to mention it when you order. I am unsure if its possible to customize though, I missed to request and they did not ask me about it.The cafe even has a restroom with a lock code, which is always a plus. And parking is a breeze – theres a lot right under the shop! Plus, its easily accessible, just a short walk with 4-5 steps up from the street.

Comment: This is my first time going to this location in North San Jose — and to top it off, there’re a family owned business as well. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a welcoming and smiling face by one of the servers. He was very energetic and gave me tons of recommendations, both of which I tried — the Pandan Vibes and and the Tropical Oasis. Here’s my review on the drinks:Pandan Vibes — just the right amount of balance between the robusta coffee and the pandan mixture. It wasn’t too sweet, but it did give us strong overload of coffee, which I absolutely liked. +10 points for freshly cooked boba, which enriched the drink much more than what it already was. If you’re craving a sweet tooth yet want a little bit of bitterness, this might be just a drink for you!Tropical Oasis — what blew me away about this drink was the fact that I found it to be very citrusy. And that’s not a bad thing, because the passionfruit was also fresh, and the additional Boba topping definitely enhanced the drink as well.I love the ambience of this shop, as there are enough spaces to do your homework, and or finish some of your computer work on the fly. In addition, it’s conveniently located next to restaurants, they’ll be prepared to have patience finding parking in the plaza.

Comment: Small but relaxing atmosphere. Really good drinks and desserts. Their desserts are pricey at $9 each but its a level up than other milk tea/dessert places. Had the Mango Smooth & Sour drink which had mango puree, mango pieces and yogurt. My fav item here. The Matcha Paradise was smooth, not overly sweetened, had good matcha flavor but not bitter. The Jasmine Blossom milk tea was a bit bitter but they did not skimp on the tea. Not watered down. The Sa Pa Delight which is corn and rice pudding had pandan flavor and coconut cream; definitely gourmet like version of the Che Bap. They are also consistent with flavor and quality.

Comment: If you order milk tea with no ice and no toppings, they would serve you a half emptied cup. They charged me ~ 15 dollars for two espresso sized milk tea. I asked for a refund.

Comment: $10 for che. Definitely on the pricier side but you’re not in the south side of SJ, so I guess that makes sense. Took a while to get my order (~15-20mins) but there was a group before me. Ambience is cute!

Comment: As a Vietnamese who lived there for 18 years. This places coffee EXCELS over all the coffee that I know of in San Jose, yes, even the ones in Vietnam Towns that have no parking spots on a weekends noon. This is how a truly good Vietnameses coffee taste like: bitter, strong and just enough sweet based on coffee:condensed milk ratio, just like the good ones they serve in Saigon.

Comment: Pandan coffee was perfectly sweetened and creamy. I like that the pandan milk was made with real pandan and not the neon green pandan extract that you see everywhere else. The che was also bomb too!

Comment: Came here after a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the no. 1 Ha Noi Mist and loved it! The coconut milk was super creamy and the young coconut and taro balls were my favourite. So many toppings and a great sweet treat after a savoury meal.

Comment: I love Co Ba. It’s a totally a cool new shop in North SJ. Their Vietnamese coffee is life changing! I always get the coconut cloud which is smooth and coconutty. I also love their Hoi An Imperial warm dessert, which is the perfect comfort food on a cold, rainy day. It has grass and pandan jelly, yam balls, red boba, coconut meat and sauce.
