Comment: The staff is super friendly here. I asked for a recommendation for coffee, and they gave me multiple options for different preferences. I had the Maui Brad coffee which was fantastic. Also had the Gyro Breakfast Burrito and the gyro bowl. Both were 10/10. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful and well kept.

Comment: A while ago me and my dad visited Santa Barbara and I fell in love with the city. The vibe scenery everything about it from state street to up in the hills of SB I love the whole city. It was our second- last day in SB and we ran across this place. We were very hungry so we were thinking we were just gonna have a little morning break feast. We thought nothing of it. I just got a plain toasted bagel and my dad and I shared a chocolate açaí bowl and I got a strawberry smoothie. This place was amazing and unbeatable. The bagel was out of this world with amazing flavor as it was the best bagel I’ve ever had. The açaí bowl was so unique with strawberries bananas bees nectar honey nuts chocolate everything you could think of. It’s pretty close to UCSB and since I love Santa Barbara so much I’m gonna come here with a few friends in 6 or 7 years and get a bagel and even probably a coffee because I already love coffee. There our other joints so this isn’t the only one I go to. But everything Ike I stop by Santa Barbara we need to go to Cajé

Comment: The best coffee shop in Santa Barbara, and probably top 3 in California, this place is a must hit.The pictures show all the fancy drinks we tried, with prices ranging from $9-12 and seem like an Influencers dream. They were all well balanced and deliciously unique.Fancy drinks aside, the cortado and cappuccinos Ive had from them are top notch.For black coffee, Ive had two bags of Ethiopian from them - both natural, one I believe was Anaerobic. And they were STELLAR.Easily a top 5 natural Ethiopian Ive had, not just in California, but across the USA - sitting right up there against the best Ive had (Kingdom Coffee Roaster in Folsom, CA and Koana near Hilo, HI on the Big Island). For reference, Ive probably been to ~500 roasters across the USA, and rarely do I leave a review, but Caje deserves it on their beans alone.Caje is a gem and brings elevated and classic coffee drinks out quickly in a clean, chic environment, with multiple locations to serve.

Comment: Was in town for a little bit so we dropped in the try these cute drinks.We ordered the Jupiter Forest, Bela Rose and the Summer Time Ice Tea for our drinks. We also ordered the Avocado Toast and Caprese Panini. Total $53.. The Jupiter Forest drink was nice strong coffee. It had a thin sliced orange that the barista torched in front of us. The Bela Rose was such a subtle but sweet matcha taste served at room temperature and light light ice. The Summer Time Ice Tea was really good and fresh! Every drink was surged with a metal straw too. The avocado toast was packed with a thick layer of avocado, cherry tomatoes sliced in half and vinaigrette that ha the right amount of citrus to bring it out of together. The Caprese Panini had lots of pesto pouring out of it as well as cheese, a thin layer of the Turkey slice and one slice of tomato cut in half. It was pretty good but the bread was hard and kind of hurt the roof of my mouth a couple times when I bit into it..Over super cute trendy place, not crowded at all but just seemed to be entirely too expensive for what we got. I just can’t agree with the price.

If anything, the employee has contributed to the business. I had good things to say about the business, but firing an employee because of a google review. I was a customer of this business, I have witnessed similar one of the other customer mentioned in her google review.Feedback is what helps a business, from what I understand, thats what the review is for. That was discrimination in the workplace, and there are various forms of discrimination. Before my comment, there was already one related negative comment.Btw, the employee has no idea the review was written. People get upset for being called out for mistreatment, but they dont take accountability for their actions and play the victim and blame others.

This place (any of their 4 fantastic locations) has become the go-to spot for all of my girl’s coffee dates, study hours, relaxation time, and, let’s be honest, Instagram worthy photoshoots. Between the stylish backdrops, fireplaces, fountains, dog friendly spaces, and comfy couches, there isn’t another coffee place in town I would more highly recommend. The drinks are irresistible. Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. If you don’t already- follow their IG to see pictures of how they create each one. My words can’t do them justice. (My favorite is served on top of smoking wood chips that make the coffee taste like a campfire :o) AND bonus! If you’re lucky enough to meet Amber and Ryan- the two lovely owners, you’ll enjoy your time all the more. Can’t say enough positive things. Highly recommend

The matcha tea with rose petals lined along the exterior of the glass is only available in house. It was watered down and not worth the $6.00. Comment: Looking for the best tasting,looking, photo op coffee shop? This is it right here. We drove from Long Beach, 1.5 hours to Santa Barbara and saw this was the place to start your day. It definitely did not disappoint. The coffee tastes amazing.The paninis are also quite good..The location is pretty good in my opinion. There is street parking and I did not have problems finding parking across the street.The staff is wonderful. Everyone very nice and welcoming.The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because you will notice that if you come in closer to brunch 10am-12pm, some paninis are not AS fresh tasting as if they were in the early morning. It is understandable though, as in any other restaurant, not a killer whatsoever.Definitely will return soon. Make sure to stop by if you are in the area and then follow our vlogs on instagram @thehungrynomadzPSA: make sure you go to the right Caje lol. There is like 3 in the city i think.

Comment: We hit five coffee roasters in the downtown area to sample espressos. This place came in second in our opinion, really nice staff and a nice place to hang out. I dont remember the name of the bean but the picture of the bag in this post is the one they were brewing at the time.

Comment: It has been a long time that a coffee shop amazed me. Unique flavors and best of all innovative presentation of specialty coffee drinks. It is pricey but if you are into coffee it is worth to give it a try. We tried four different specialty drinks and all were very well done.

Comment: Great New place. Very politically correct so dont expect a free paper (even recyclable paper) takeout cup. $2 for the cup to go! Also didnt find stirring sticks. No bagels at midday. But the decor was new, modern and clean. Lots of places to sit. It was busy! And bottom line the latte was rich and creamy... With beautiful latte art on top!PS Only Stevia and raw sugar....seems Mayor Bloombergs Big Gulp Brother has already visited! 😉

It is quite expensive however, and the half dozen or so times Ive been there the staff has been very cool, and not very patient even when no line. I tried once asking about the coffee cocktails, and I got little response and even less affect.

Comment: Baristas were knowledgeable, kind, and clearly enthusiastic about coffee. I had a drip roast and was able to try both their Columbian and Guatemalan roast. A side by side comparison allowed me for the first time to discover the differences between the two types. The drinks are gorgeous. Laid back vibe with mellow music. I am now WIDE AWAKE! ^^

Comment: I stopped in for a post-run coffee and breakfast; I’m glad I decided to try a new place and ended up here! I didn’t get a fancy drink, only the drip coffee, but I look forward to going back to try one of their other creations! The avocado toast - I got the “fancy toast” - was phenomenal. If you’re in a hurry or need to take your beverage to go, bring your own to-go cup; they only have regular mugs that they will “loan” to you for $2 to be returned if you take it out of the shop. I love that they take initiative to be environmentally friendly; it also encourages one to sit and enjoy the ambiance for a few minutes.

Comment: I can say that absolutely without a doubt hands down this is my favorite coffee shop especially in Santa Barbara just the ambiance alone its absolutely great but the quality of the drinks here are on another level I got a matcha drink there they call it the Bella Rose (matcha latte) And it is out of this world I also like that they do milk substitutions but just the attention to quality even with the design of the drink shows a lot of attention and care one thing I will say is that they do not make drinks to go they do not offer to go cups so definitely if youre going to go here make sure you give yourself some time to sit and enjoy your drink it sucks that I dont live around here because I would be there all the time if youre in this area dont mess around you got to check this place out you will not be disappointed
