Comment: This morning, I got myself a venti iced white mocha with whip cream and extra caramel drizzle. First of all I dont give reviews but specifically this morning I will. I asked the worker to give me a little more caramel on top and she looked at me with an attitude, but didnt even took back my drink in the end. I was like fine whatever but please Starbucks I did not paid a 7 dollars and something cents just to get a milk tea mixed with water and cover up with a little sweet from the caramel. Oh my God my drink is so tasteless. I thought I was drinking water mixed with the whip cream. There was no flavor, no shots of coffee in my drink like maybe they so busy that they forgot to put coffee in my drink. Im so disappointed. I dont think I will come back to this location again. The worker gotta do better! So so disappointed at my drink and the worker.

Comment: I ordered strawberry puree with lemonade, light ice with raspberry pearl on 5/25 at 12pm. Even though, I asked for light ice but they filled it with the whole cup of ice, and there was barely liquid. I also asked to add one scoop of pearl, but there were just 4 pearls in my drink, is that really one scoop? My friend also ordered mango dragon fruit lemonade, but it didn’t even have mango dragon fruit flavor instead that it was just a whole cup of lemonade fully filled with ice. Moreover, the customer service was terrible, they seemed like not willing to make drinks, since they made me a strawberry lemonade fully filled with ice instead of what i asked, which was light ice. After I told them what happened, they responded me with bad attitudes.

Comment: They got my order wrong, and told me it would be no charge through the drive through and told me to wait in the front and they would bring it to me. After waiting for a bit I decide to get it from the inside so they wouldnt have to come out and when I went inside they had actually said they were waiting for me to come in so they could charge me for the larger size. Really odd interaction, had they just told me that from the start I would have understood but the way they went about it felt malicious. I was nothing but kind and patient I only wanted my correct order.

You have to go back around and get back in line. In the picture one drink is missing because it was not in the tray good and didnt have a stopper and fell so over my seatIve never had to do that at any Starbucks. No one came on so I asked several times and no one replied. The cars in front of me had already left and I couldn’t order so I went to the drive through window and informed them of the events. Not sure if the equipment failed, but after waiting 15 mins they wanted me to wait more and then go around and walk inside to pick up the order with out even asking what I wanted or apologizing. Comment: I’m a regular at Starbucks and at this location. For about 10 years. Yes, I do have a Starbucks addiction and I just want to thank the new manager for allow me to rethink my habit. Maybe save some money and save me from being disappointed with my drink every time she makes it. I have tried to ask her to remake but she still does it wrong. One time she would tell me, well I’ve already made it and talk to me through another person, as if I’m not just standing there. I would suggest she learn some customer service skills or Starbucks will loose more $ by loosing more regulars like me.

Comment: By far the best Starbucks Ive been to is San Jose so far! In all fairness they are close to where I work but I will drive from West San Jose/Campbell area just to go to them even on my off days. They always get my custom Vietnamese coffee hack order correct and if its a new person that didnt get it right they fix it immediately! Also, their customer service is great :) good customer service these days seems to be a fading but this location has it down. The employees rock in my book, no matter the shift. I got here before 10:00 and was then told only the drive-thru was open until 11:00. this, despite the fact the sign on the door says theyre open till 11:00. Will not ever come here again. Walked across the street and got a Coke Zero in 15 minutes less time it would have taken me to wait in their horrendous drive-thru line. Will not be patronizing any Starbucks again for a while.

I had to park in the nearby parking lot which was also pack. Comment: Parking lot is not designed very well. Since this Starbucks has a drive threw the cars in line block in part of the parking so cars trying to back up to leave get blocked in and cant go anywhere until the line moves far enough where finally the parked cars have enough space to back up. Also since this Starbucks has the drive threw the wait time is far to long if you go inside and order. The employees are nice and all, but the parking and the wait time is just to much of a hassle.

Comment: I ordered a grande soy mocha with a pump of cinnamon dolce and whipped cream. I used to work at Starbucks. I worked there for two years. I know what my order tastes like. They charge extra for soy and extra flavor pumps. When I got my coffee there was no whip cream and no cinnamon dolce. The milk didn’t have the consistency of a latte at ALL. There was zero foam and it may as well have been a watery budget hot chocolate. Definitely not worth the money spent on it. Train your baristas better.

Hit or miss with the drinks, but baristas are always available to remake the drink. Can get extremely crowded, especially during the weekend rushes.
